JS Palma Plaza

Super little hotel and we had a really good stay for a short trip to Palma. Maybe 15 mins to central area and a nice stroll. Hotel has excellent facilities, lovely rooftop with small dip pool and habanas, drinks service rooftop also. Food was good here and well priced as were drinks. Staff were all lovely very helpful and cheery. All up super stay Thankyou team!!

Just returned from 7 nights at the hotel, stayed in a double, booked very last minute so did not have a balcony but a room on first floor which was very nice. Room spacious, large bathroom, very comfortable bed, 2 singles pushed together, with a choice of pillows. Immaculately clean and housekeeping was excellent! Could have used a bit more storage space, had 2 suitcases, but was not crammed (just looked untidy once we unpacked). Lovely large shower, wet room, Rituals toiletries, excellent hair dryer. No magnifying mirror. Nice lighting including reading lamps. Air con very effective but only used it once, as our room was in shade. Very little street noise, and didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The roof terrace on 2 levels was lovely, plenty of shaded areas and towels are available from reception at €10 each deposit (cash). Terrace bar only staffed on our last day, before then had to order from bar / restaurant downstairs and was the brought up. Food very good, and really enjoyed the daily breakfast which is a la carte except pastries and cereals. We only ate outside. We arrived around midnight and enjoyed sitting on square outside which has 2 fully licensed cafes which also sell ice cream, breakfast and snacks and super friendly staff. The location of the hotel was a little less central than we usually would have book but 10 minutes to old town and 20 minutes stroll to cathedral. Taxis were reasonable, 25 euros to and from airport, and 4-6 to town or beach (would also be a lovely walk but not shaded and was pretty warm to hot). By the end of our stay we really appreciated the friendly bars and cafes in hotel’s vicinity which were also less than half the price than those in city centre - bar 80s became a favourite just across from the hotel. Would definitely stay in the same hotel again and loved Palma so will return!

I cannot praise this hotel enough. Great location although not in the centre which suited us. Having a pool on the rooftop was a godsend after a hot day exploring Palma although we never saw the pool bar open. Rooms were well provided, clean towels daily and lovely toiletries and shower. Loved ending the day reading on the window seat. Top marks to the chef. Best paella and great omelette! Finally Polly the receptionist. What a wonderful asset to the hotel. Warm, friendly, she was a delight. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
