Quite simply perfection
I have stayed in five-star hotels all over the world, yet I have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
The thought that has gone into the rooms and facilities is incredible. It felt as though they had quite literally thought of everything a guest could possibly need. Every little touch was perfect and added to the feeling of luxury and comfort throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was spotless, modern and beautifully designed. The location is ideal too — only around 10 minutes from the airport, yet just a short walk from the restaurants, bars, shops and historic centre of Palma.
Finding faults with this hotel is impossible. It was quite simply perfect, and without question one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Palma done right
Location ✔️, beautiful room with great bed and shower ✔️, wonderful food and drink✔️. But let’s face it, it’s the details that are important on a perfect stay. We were right on the water a nice stroll from Palma’s city center but far enough to feel totally removed. There are several beach clubs right across the street and the water is truly clear blue. But my favorite part of the stay was the roof top pool for guests only. The food and drink was amazing and always chairs and couches available plus a nice dipping pool. Loved it!

Incredible Palma City Break
Amazing hotel! Well situated, 5 minutes walk from the beach but also 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the city centre. The boutique hotel is gorgeous, has all of the facilities you need with the rooftop bar/pool being the main selling point. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. They were very welcoming, professional and friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed at Es Princep for four wonderful nights and, quite simply, it exceeded every expectation.
We were looking for an escape; some sunshine, time to unwind and a chance to fully switch off. What we found was so much more. Es Princep is a beautiful hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the people. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued and completely at home. Stepping out of the taxi, we were greeted by name, offered a welcome drink and invited to relax while check-in was seamlessly taken care of. To top it off, we were kindly upgraded on arrival, which was a wonderful surprise and the perfect start to our stay.
Our room was stunning, and the thoughtful touches throughout reflected the high standards of the hotel. From the Le Labo amenities to the impeccable attention to detail, every aspect of the experience felt luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. However, the real magic of Es Princep is its team. Every single person we encountered was exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm created an experience unlike any other. They remembered our names, our coffee order at breakfast and always took the time to share recommendations or simply chat with us. Nothing ever felt forced; the care they showed was natural, authentic and heartfelt.
As someone who works in hospitality and guest experience, I know how difficult it is to consistently deliver service at this level. The team at Es Princep don't just provide customer service; they create meaningful connections and memorable moments. By the end of our stay, it felt less like leaving a hotel and more like saying goodbye to friends.
The facilities, food, location and overall experience are all exceptional, but it is the people who make this place truly special. They are a credit to the hotel and the reason we will be talking about this trip for years to come.

A Perfect Stay Thanks to Sebastian and the Team
Our stay at Es Princep was absolutely incredible - without a doubt one of the best hotels in Mallorca.
From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, and the facilities were outstanding. What really sets them apart is the incredible attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience feels carefully considered, making you feel genuinely welcomed and looked after.
A special thank you to Sebastian, who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay - sharing fantastic local recommendations, helping us plan our days, answering every question, and always making sure everything was taken care of. His warmth and genuine hospitality made our trip even more memorable !
The entire team goes (jose specially) out of their way to make every guest feel special, and that level of service is something you rarely find.
