Enjoy relaxing holiday
Hotel lovely pool lovely rooms lovely staff brilliant food could be a lot better. It was cold most of time .beef not cooked correctly. Apart from food we enjoyed our stay .we went out to get dinner a few times
Fantastic Holiday at the Panama
We are currently at the Panama on a 5 night holiday, And we are having a great time, We are on an all inclusive stay and I can honestly say its been fantastic, The reception team were great and very friendly, The restaurant food has been extremely varied and with themed nights my favourite being the Mexican night, there is plenty of choice both hot and cold options and the breakfast and lunch are superb, with the Chefs constantly making sure you are looked after. The waiters and waitresses are so helpful and always great you with a smile ❤️ Dana the animation Girl is a superstar she is on the go all the time and arranges all the fun and games as well as interacts with all the guests She organises The entertainment and its is non stop with something happening throughout the whole day and finished of in the bar with bingo and evening show. Absolutely brilliant ❤️ The Bar staff Antonio, Jaun and the rest of the team are fantastic always happy, smiling remember your drinks order or suggesting drinks for you great team ❤️ Our room is on the 6th floor with great views its spotlessly clean the beds are super comfy the air conditioning is fantastic. The chambermaids are always busy and have time to say hello with a smile ❤️

Good but food and freezing pool disappointing
Currently staying here on our 4night break. First impressions of hotel were really good. On the 6th floor and our room is lovely, clean and comfy with fantastic views. Food is ok but mostly lukewarm. Salad and desert bar were very impressive. Cooked breakfast selection is quite limited. We are all inclusive and paid extra for certain alcoholic drinks but one waiter forgot to put the actual alcohol in!! Feel this hotel caters more for the older generations ie 70+. Overall a not too bad hotel, but the main thing that will stop me from returning is the sub zero temperature of the pool, guests will end up with hypothermia!
