Stunning hotel
Beautiful hotel, beds are the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept on. Shower is perfect and the views are stunning. We stayed bed and breakfast which was perfect as the location is a stone throw away from lots of restaurants and bars. My only negative is the toilet in the room- the door is see through and doesn’t lock so very little privacy.
Not as I was expecting
On arrival the hotel looked amazing We got to our room the fridge was filthy was covered in all sticky stuff, air con was not working adequately, so was given a fan! Towels put on pool beds by 8am although it states it wouldn't be allowed The roof top bar and pool was very nice and the day barman was outstanding, one thing we didn't like was there was mo smoking signs around but people were and even in the pool smoking using a glass as an aah tray!! There was an awful smell at the down stairs pool of drains. Breakfast was lovely apart from the cold pancakes which was the same every morning. We saw 2 cochroches ,1 in a toilet downstairs and 1 in the corridor along side the restaurant. I would not rate this as a 5 star more like a 4 star I also did not like the lack of privacy in the rooms luckily I stayed with my daughter but even then it was a little awkward. Also the main pool was alot smaller than the picture looks and there is definitely not enough beds around the pool I would definitely stay in this area again but not this hotel.
Superb Hotel
Location is excellent, the hotel is spacious, modern and totally spotless. The food was faultless and the selection was more than adequate. The room was lovely, had everything you needed, great views from the balcony. The sky bar was something else with a plunge pool on the 8th floor. The staff are all immaculate, so polite and always very helpful. The only issue is the selfish people who put their towels out on beds at 7.30 in the morning, the pool attendant does nothing about this and I felt like removing them every morning because it is not acceptable. Also like the fact that it is all non smoking around the pools.

I bought this as a short stay (3night break) for my wife as a birthday present.
As I wanted it to be a little special I wrote to the hotel explaining the break, the birthday and asked if there was anything we could do to make it special.
They were absolutely fantastic, gave me options, times, costs and made a special point on checking she was having a lovely time.
We have been here before and it was just as good last time. What a wonderful place and wonderful team!!
We will without doubt be returning!

It’s was our second visit on Fergus Style Tobago , all is very good, amazing staff , fresh food, very good service and nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our visit and we strongly recommend !!
