Great stay, lovely people
Fergus Bermudas, Palmanova . This place has the friendliest and most helpfull staff, pleasure to be here. Food is excellent, nice selection with full English everyday.(bring tea bags, tea is undrinkable lol). Everywhere is immaculately clean. Pool area is nice but can be busy. We were in 225, bit noisy from the street and the bathroom is very tight but the room was fine. Plenty of entertainment through the day from hard working animation, Gabrielle is a diamond. Didn't stay for evening entertainment but always something on. If I came back to Palma nova would defo consider here again though Palmnova is a very costly night out. Hotel great, staff fantastic, food 9.5out of 10. Highly recommend but get better tea bags lol Thank you Bermuda team Nick and Mandy

Lovley friendly staff.
Location was perfect, hotel was spotless, staff were amazing! So friendly, however the swop for pool towels was awkward, when we went to get them, we were not told you can only change them Mon, tues. Friday, this should have been explained, Tony on reception needs to smile a bit, not be so standoffish, this is my opinion on how i found him to be. Gabrielle was amazing, so friendly, spoke to almost everybody, got them involved in what was going on. (Im sure he’s due a pay rise) 🤣 Pablo, weekend lifeguard was a breath of fresh air, chatty & friendly as were all of the team, Danielle was also chatty & friendly. Only thing i found was the food, very often repeated, one day there were ribs for lunch, which were very nice, went up to get my husband some, first tray had gone so waited for the second tray, these were freezing yet put onto a hot plate, cold 🤷♀️ so never ate them. Rice was very often cold and undercooked, as was the pasta, pizza every day for pizza lovers, chicken nuggets were ok too. Lots of fresh fruits and yoghurts, Ice cream and iced lollies on tap. Room was spotless, cleaned every day with fresh towels, we were overlooking the tennis courts, enjoyed listening to the banter from banana Joes. we paid a fair bit for a 10 night stay, which i felt the food let it down, so on this point i will not return here, lots of others have enjoyed the food( i must be fussy) Apart from that the staff are truly amazing and so friendly, they cannot do enough for you, well done!!
Fair but not for me
Hotel is in a good location to everything. Bars beach restaurants, it is clean, staff are lovely rooms were clean great aircon. Food like most AL but tasty. Downsides Noise from downstairs if you have a pool view, groups of loud guests one even in pool drunk loud talking shouting with drink in hand at one point. The entertainment was under our balcony, drinks were basic not nice for me personally I had to buy of top shelf for a local Spanish drink ? As wasn’t on Al . Also smoking area out back by pool table no shade, plastic chairs burn your legs so we couldn’t use, sunbeds around pool all crammed together the pool is small , not enough umbrella’s around pool and the towels are out early same spots by same ppl. and the other bed area no umbrella’s at all . So for a fair skinned red head couldn’t use the areas. Nice enough hotel but not for me so won’t be returning
Fab family holiday
Just returned from a weeks stay with our 3 girls aged 13 , 18 and 20. We couldn't fault it and none of us wanted to leave! The place was spotless, the food was really good and loads of choice. Location perfect and beautiful grounds. Staff were all really friendly and fab entertainment team. Loved the aqua aerobics , the pool was a lovely temperature we never struggled to get sun beds. Can't wait to return!

Great hotel and time
Superb hotel, food, service and staff every minute. Big thanks to entertainment team of Gabriela, Danielle, Stefy for lots of fun activities and being so nice/friendly. Great food, cooked well and nice clean rooms. All inclusive Drinks were very poor, wine was really bad, had to goto spar to get drinkable wine, beers etc. Non AI drinks were still very poor. Thank you
