We had a wonderful stay at MLL Palma Bay Club Resort! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The food offered plenty of choice every day, and we especially enjoyed the swimming pools and the relaxing atmosphere around the resort. The location is also great, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend MLL Palma Bay Club Resort to anyone visiting Mallorca!

All-inclusive no-go
I rarely bother to write a review but I feel compelled on this occasion.
The animation staff here are beyond delightful. Kind and great with kids. Travelling as a family with additional needs, they made us feel welcome and included. They are exceptional.
Unfortunately, this is the only redeeming feature of this hotel. We booked all inclusive and I write this review in an attempt to ensure future guests understand what this actually means. The food is on the most part entirely inedible. We find the convenience of all inclusive right for our family, however we had to resort to buying all meals outside the hotel due to the horrible food and subsequent gastrointestinal response.
The rooms were what you might expect in a youth hostel with private facilities. Do not expect to be comfortable. However they were adequately maintained.
Due to the lack of popularity of the hotel, it was very quiet in the pool although you need to skim the pools for leaves, pin needles and wasps yourself. They are otherwise clean, although we did witness guests pouring drinks into the pool water.
The view is lovely and the terraces nice, however the soundproofing is poor and we were unlucky enough to have neighbours who threw their litter over onto our terrace. This is not a fault of the hotel but it does go a long way to explain the clientelle you will be forced to mixed with.
Stay only if desperate.

Having read the reviews I expected much worse .. for what I paid I cannot possibly complain .. one gets what one pays for!
