There are two swimming pools within the complex, with additional two pools designed for children and families. On arrival we were told that we couldn’t check in till 3pm even tho on love holidays it stated 2pm? So we had to wait nearly 3 hours. We eventually got our room (sea view) what sea? Trees and trees!!! The first night was horrendous, the AC wasn’t working correctly so reported it the following morning. Was told that’s as cold as it goes!!!! Couldn’t open sliding doors as it cuts of AC, no fridge to put drinks or medication in, no kettle to make a tea (been a Yorkshire man) so we had to wait 2 hours for the restaurant to open to get a drink!!! The food: there was always a different choice every meal time and it was nice (8/10) Drink token: on arrival to the hotel you are give tokens (1 per person) to get your drinks! The plastic cups are 330ml so by the time you’ve got your drinks and walked back to your lounger it was time to get another. The bar queue: this spoils the hotel! The pool bar was always a queue (10-15 minutes) only 2 staff on at any time and they didn’t rush to serve, it was almost like they were going in slow motion. The main bar is even worse 30 minutes we queued for a drink and then it was served in a hot glass at least it was clean, so most night we walked to a local bar over the road but this defeats the object of been all inclusive. The room: very basic, 1 double bed this time instead of 2 singles, shower with good pressure, sink and toilet and a tv. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool: the pool is quiet small but very clean, the sun loungers are limited so unless your queueing at the door from 9:30 and making that stamped for a bed you’ll have to walk down to the beach. Towels: you pay 10€ deposit per towel (refundable) plus 1€ for service (non refundable), every time you want to replace the towel you pay 1€ (non refundable). Staff: some of the staff are very friendly, smile and chatty but the majority look like they’ve been dragged here and forced to work, if looks could kill!!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a premium double family room… premium? Not at all. 2 singles pushed together, one mattress was higher than the other, like sleeping on rocks. The balcony door didn’t work it was so stiff and the wardrobe door was hanging off its hinges. Huge crack in glass door in the bathroom shower, mould growing all over it. Complained and told me someone will sort it, 4 days later still no one came, went back numerous of times, no complaint was apparently made. Want sleep? Forget it. Full of German and Dutch all shouting, running up and down and screaming in the corridors all night.

Awful hotel, cheap hotel but exactly why you get what you pay for, staff are so rude. No respect at all, food is shocking, glasses for drinks and cutlery all dirty. Restaurant is so over crowded and small. So noisy when trying to sleep as people shouting and screaming down corridors. Aircon not even cold, asked the reception if someone could check 3 days in a row and every time they said would send someone to have a look and no one ever come. Life guards are rude too, if your longer than 15 mins away from your sunbed they will chuck your towel on floor and give sunbed to someone else. Just low standard hotel, wouldn’t say it’s anymore than a 1 star hotel. Avoid at all costs you will just regret it
Good little hotel in a great location.
I honestly can’t moan for the price we paid. I booked the hotel directly and for 3 night for two paid £250 All inclusive. Our room was just like the picture in the main building and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool is on the small side for the number of rooms and there isn’t enough sunbed’s so you do need to be at the pool door when it opens at 10am to get one. The evening entertainment terrace is also a bit small. The hotel is only a 10min walk to the beach down hill and there are plenty of shops ect near by. With the Airport bus across the road A1 there and A2 back it was really easy to get to. The food was pretty varied, each night is a theme we had, Chinese, Spanish and not sure on the last night but it was good and I enjoyed most meals I ate there was always pasta, chips, rice salad ect. The pool snack bar with pizza, hot dogs ect was good and clean. The hotel did run out of ice cream pots on our second day so there wasn’t any available but not the end of the world. The drinks in the AL was good with a few cocktails included and coffee buy the pool, and even slush puppies for the kids too. Overall if you want an easy clean hotel I’d recommend. The staff were all lovely even charged my phone for me and even when we checked out we were able to use the all facilities/good and get a shower and fresh towels in the gym until we left in the evening.
