The quaint resort of Colonia de Sant Jordi or Port de Campos as it is sometimes referred to is a short 15 minute drive away and provides a wide range of top-class restaurants, laid-back bars and elegant boutiques, as well as a smattering of tiny coves, beaches and harbours.

Lovely location facing the sea, local bars and shops close by. Fabulous sunsets ❤️ Staff are very friendly and very professional. Entertainment on next to the pool in the evening. Rooms were cleaned every day and the chamber maids were really friendly. Had issues with the sink tap, but the chamber maids reported it and they came within 10mins.☺️ Good value for money as we had double rooms for sole occupancy which was great.😊 The only thing I can make a negative comment on was, the hotel is for families so the children did find it funny to run up and down the corridors screaming, however this was the first night and after that wasn’t too bad.
Really enjoyed our stay at Universal Romantica Hotel in Mallorca in July 2026. Rooms were a good size with a lovely view of the ocean and pool. The rooms were provided with all the basic equipment and accessories provided. Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned the room to an excellent standard every day. It was good value for money and dependant on your board basis and culinary taste the buffet provided was very nice. The food was fresh each day with a great selection of fresh fruit provided. The roof bar called 7th Heaven Vibes was exceptional with entertainment and bar choices of drinks and cocktails, the view from the roof top was spectacular and we loved watching the sunset each night . The land train ran each day and was easy enough to navigate, cheap transportation for getting to the local ports . Great stay, would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Good location within walking distance to shops bars a little train stops outside the hotel takes u round the area 5 ero.good atmosphere although there was a lot of school children and students arriving each day but no problem as thay was out most the day. Room was good lovely view of pool and sea would b nice to have cushions on seats on balcony as not very comfortable having to use a pillow .restaurant food very good 👍 Al staff I found brilliant at what thay do.rooms clean daily if u want it overhaul a lovely place and welcoming...
Just returned from this hotel (5th July - 11th July) 2nd visit having stayed last year.
Hotel clean and well looked after, all the staff friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble (Chaymae and Jacqueline in particular, thank you for the great service), drinks very good and consistent especially the cocktails, food good but needs more variety (fish and/or pork most days) maybe some themed nights added in future would be great.
Location of hotel and nearby Colonia De Sant Jordi area are great, nice quieter areas with lovely beaches in both directions with local bars, shops and restaurants a short walk away.
In short we will return here again as the hotel is great and does everything right and we really love the area.
Lovely hotel, clean and has everything you need. Did come with a few downsides
Firstly the food- there is very little variety, same thing everyday. They don't do any themed nights with the food but there is enough to keep you fed
Staff - the reception staff are so lovely and helpful. Zoe specifically is so nice! Some of the bar staff however need a bit more training in customer service as they act like you don't exist until they feel like coming over to you
When we checked in we were told you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with your towels however people were down there from 7am doing so!
Room was lovely and clean, has everything you need. The area is nice and quiet and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away.
Would definitely come back again
