A very bad place
A bad experience. I have video footage of cockroaches in the coffee machines and the fruit area. The hotel has aging infrastructure and is very basic, especially considering the high rates they charge and the fact that it belongs to the Hyatt chain. The rooms had a bad odor coming from the bathroom, and the bed was of very poor quality—made of a material that sinks in, causing back pain. The restaurant was noisy and stressful, with unfriendly waiters who were aggressive due to high stress levels. The only good thing is the location near the sea.

Would go self catering if to go again
Witnessed many food safety violations and and was treated poorly by many waitering staff in the buffet area.
The pool and bar staff however were very helpful and offered quite abit better service than the restaurant staff.
Wonderful hotel, great location, fabulous food
Just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean, modern and bright. Really well located for beach and public transport. Easy taxi ride from airport (18 euros) in 10 mins. Credit to Xisco for keeping the dining room moving and the staff did an excellent job turning round tables. Food was fabulous. Lots of choices at breakfast and dinner; something for everyone and a huge variety, not repetitive. Easy access rear gate to stunning white sand beach and lots of eating, bars and cafe options. Will be arranging to return next year.

Disappointing
Rooms very basic, bedding material awful, ruffles everything you move. Breakfast awful, for the size of the hotel this is the smallest food bar I have seen. Food in dishes but not on hot plate. Coffe machine absolutely filthy. Staff didn't really speak to guests, one suggested putting your 1 euro change into the tip box (very rude). Lots of places to eat but only found 3 bars which are not open every night.

Great food and location
Great food and location- close to the airport and beach. Bus stop outside the hotel, with easy access to Palma and airport. Lots of activities for children nearby (aquarium, go karting, mini golf). Clean hotel, with friendly staff. Would be happy to return.
