Close to palma, great for sporty guests
First time here, on 6th floor junior suite. Room was fine. Bed huge felt cold at night though. Balconies quite small. Decor tired and dates v small bathrooms. Fridge & drinks in rooms no long life milk. Robes & pool towels provided. People do reserve pool beds.. breakfast was good, with omelettes and pancakes made to order v busy would be better if they seated guests. Evening meals were also good, things like cheese and bread weren’t topped up often. Steak and meat cooked to order. We got the bus direct to palma & will get it to the airport. 25 euro taxi to outlet shopping. Hire bikes before you arrive. Nice spa facilities. Overall great cleanliness ok more hand sanitisers required. Swim up pool closed. All staff helpful. Gym was great as was the lap pool.

Great hotel with high standards
The highlight at this hotel was the relaxed, friendly service, everywhere from reception and the bar to the maintenance staff and breakfast chefs. We were also impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of our rooms. We enjoyed the bar and poolside, breakfast omelettes were brilliant and our rooms were comfortable and contemporary. Planes do take off close by during the day but we soon got used to it, and for a weekend break, it was very convenient to have such a short transfer to the airport!

Four nights in sunny Majorca.
Good hotel,staff very friendly and professional at all times. Everyone always cleaning. Food good ,sometimes a bit cold at breakfast. Could have done with one English language channel on TV in room. Overall a good 4 night break.4
Love this hotel
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. The reception team are lovely & welcomed us. We were upgraded to a lovely room. The bar staff are great and there was never an issue getting a sunbed. (No sunbed wars !). Breakfast was good,all be it a little chaotic. They should invest in another toaster and coffee machines because there was always queues. The pool area could do with a ' clean' underneath the beds. Location for us is ideal & we would recommend this hotel. In fact, we have booked again for next year.

The perfect Mallorca oasis
A fantastic spot to relax at a calm seaside location. Well-equipped rooms, some with incredible views of the sea. Friendly staff at all the amenities. Great selection of worldwide cuisine, both for breakfast and dinner. Good value for the full-board option. Cleanliness is well kept. All in all, only positive remarks on this hotel; definitely would recommend :)
