Fabulous
Fabulous hotel – one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.
From the moment you arrive, the beautiful reception creates a wonderful first impression, with air conditioning and a subtle, welcoming fragrance. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas, along with books, games, and quiet spaces to work or relax.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, with stunning views of the pool and the ocean. My room was fabulous, featuring an incredibly comfortable super king-size bed that made for a great night’s sleep.
The food was excellent, with a great variety at both breakfast and dinner. The only slight downside was that the evening selection became a little more limited if you arrived after 8:30 pm.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and quick to clear tables. The atmosphere was lovely, with soft background music adding to the relaxing ambiance. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and finished by 10 pm, which was perfect if you wanted some peace and quiet afterwards.
I also had a leg and foot massage with Luk, which was absolutely amazing. The treatment room was calm, peaceful, and very well equipped, making it a truly relaxing experience.
My only criticism is that, despite signs asking guests not to reserve sunbeds, this was still a common issue. The same couples claimed the same loungers every day, even though they weren’t using them for much of the day. It was frustrating and rather selfish, and it’s something the hotel could enforce more effectively.
Overall, this is an outstanding hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Dissapointed
We came here for a weeks holiday Pros .. Room very nice modern Very clean hotel room was spotless everyday Food was lovely Drinks reasonable price for a hotel Cons .. Some Staff not over friendly but abrupt didn’t say how are you the normal chat you expect need to learn more social skills (apart from the manager and entertainment team men and reception who were lovely friendly ) Pool is too small for size of hotel and sometimes not enough sunbeds for all Hotel is not situated in a great area a lot of residential around local shop good 10/15 min walk Cycles for hire we used very good 10 euros a day
Breakfast was 7.30 -10.30 Dinner 630 -930 if half board option
Overall we made most of our stay but we wouldn’t return

Pitstop in Palma
I have just spent an afternoon here - booked a pool access - 3 course lunch with Balinese bed £55 pp . It was fantastic value for money . We had such a lovely experience here . Using the facilities . They even let us use the showers in the gym with fresh towels to end our time there . I cannot commend enough - the staff were lovely .

Wonderful stay at fabulous hotel
Lovely hotel in quiet location. Not too far from a selection of chilled out bars and great restaurants. Staff were all lovely, special mention for Ian and Yensis serving in Kentis bar/restaurant. Always happy, friendly and service was excellent. Hotel was lovely and clean too.

Just perfect
Had a wonderful stay at AluaSoul Palma. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location with beautiful sea views. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was good with plenty of choice. A relaxing adults-only hotel that I'd happily recommend.
