A Really Lovely Stay
Everything was really good. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such a good buffet breakfast. There was a great choice and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I also rented a motorbike during my stay and they were really helpful with everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

BED BUGS!
If I could, I would have given the hotel 0 stars. We got bedbugs—and this was in an "upgraded" room we were given because the first one was so small I could barely move inside it. Both rooms were equally filthy; the housekeeping was disastrous—there were stains on the walls, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the AC didn't work. The food in the restaurant was really poor, and the elevator took forever to arrive... but the worst part was the bedbugs—it was appalling of the hotel! Disgusting! I don't understand how people can give this hotel more than one star; you clearly haven't seen much...
A good stay
This is a lovely hotel and all amenities nearby. Very clean and comfortable. It’s just let down by the food being just warm. Such a shame as the food is lovely and varied We had a lovely room on Floor 6 which was so quiet. Even with the airport behind us it wasn’t noisy
All round great hotel
I stayed here for the Palma marathon last weekend.
I arrived Saturday meaning I checked out Sunday before the race. The hotel had shower facilities for me to shower and change before my flight home at no extra cost.
The hotel is clean and tidy every member of staff that I came across was friendly and helpful.
Two vouchers were left in the room for a free bottle of wine and a free cocktail. I do not drink but this is a nice touch. Especially if you to the roof top bar and pool to enjoy. Which I spent some time up there relaxing.
If I go back next year for the race I will most definitely stay again!
