A really great hotel that is very clean with amazing staff that is perfect for families.
We stayed for 11 nights and overall we had a really great holiday staying here. Both our kids loved the entertainment shows & staff and the pool. The bars and access for drinks and ice cream is great and so easy. All the staff from reception to kitchen, bar staff, entertainment were so welcoming supportive and happy it really made our stay so good.
We would definitely consider coming back. The drive from the airport is around an hour but worth it.

Positives
- Entertainment team were great. Staff all really helpful friendly and funny.
- Always plenty food available in the restaurant. More meat options would be good but overall the food was pretty good.
- Never had to queue more than a minute for a drink at the bar.
- Having to remember your plastic cups is a hassle, but it means there are no cups or rubbish lying around so its a good thing really.
- Air con in the room is pretty good. It's required on all night and doesn't cause a stuffed nose or having a cold.
- there are plenty shops with 5mins walk and a few restaurants too, but most of the time we just stayed in the hotel because it was so good.
- always sun beds available
- pool and around the pool area is always clean. No rubbish or mess anywhere
Negatives (nothing major or anything that impacted the hotel only here for feedback!)
- The balcony only gets the sun on the mornings. This can't be helped as all of the balconies face the same way out to sea, but past 12pm the balcony was in the shade.
- Shower and sink water pressure and temperature changes a lot when using it.
- Ants in and around the room first few days.
- Shower vents hanging off the wall and air con installed upside down and loose.
- There are a lot of stairs from reception down to the pool but you get used to it
- My son was sick after eating dinner in the restaurant all night and the next day. He made a mess of the bedroom but reception organised a cleaner immediately 10pm at night. They came again in the morning after 2nd request which helped.
- Floor was sometimes left very slippery after cleaners have been in.
- Entertainment area is too dark when sitting having a drink watching the shows.
- We both got covered in midge bites during the day and at night. Bring a repellant spray
- The bathroom has an open plug socket right next to the light switch (??) my wife got a buzz off it when she tried to put the light on when it was dark.
-- Suggested Improvements
- A gym would be a great addition.
- Hand sanitiser more obvious going into and placed around the restaurant would cut down transfer of germs etc
- More storage in the rooms would be good. We had to live out our suitcases (although we had 4).
- Porridge oats option for breakfast would be good.
Fantastic Stay!
We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other families.
The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. The cleaners were constantly working hard to keep everything spotless and tidy, which did not go unnoticed. Our room was always clean and well presented, and the air conditioning was an absolute godsend in the heat.
The staff were fantastic from start to finish. The reception team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with any questions we had. The location was also brilliant, with plenty of shops nearby and only a short walk to the beach.
A special mention has to go to the entertainment team. They were absolutely fantastic and made our eldest daughter's holiday so memorable. Our daughter, Lyla, absolutely adored Norelis and thought she was amazing. She loved the mini golf and T-shirt painting, and had so much fun taking part at the evening disco!
If possible, we would love for a message to be passed on to Norelis from us and Lyla. We are sorry that we did not get the chance to say goodbye before we left, but we wanted to say a huge thank you for making Lyla's holiday so special. She has not stopped talking about you since we came home!

Much more than a 3 Star Hotel!
Just what we needed! Just back from 4 nights at Calas Park and looking to book again after the school holidays. We booked this Hotel for the proximity of the sea and also from the reviews. We found the Hotel super clean, staff super helpful and the atmosphere calming and relaxed. No rushing for the sun-beds (which were lovely and comfortable), if you wanted to get involved in the entertainment you could, if you didn't that was fine as there were quiet areas also. We went All Inclusive and could not fault the food and the fresh options everyday. Drinks, Estrella on tap :-).... & I love the idea of having your own plastic glass to support sustainability and also to make the areas look clean. We ate out on our last night and found a lovely little bar about 5 ins walk away - lots of options. The Hotel is in between 2 small coves, of which you must visit. The pedestrian pathway overlooking the sea is perfect for an early morning stroll or after dinner views and you must swim in the Cove - the sea is so blue! Cant fault anything - apart from the steps. But seeing as we just laid on a sunbed for 3 days, the steps were needed :-).

We loved this hotel !!
We thought this hotel was great. It’s much nicer than a standard 3 star hotel. Rooms are big and clean and the whole hotel is so clean and tidy and well kept. Yes there are steps ! If you have a pushchair or mobility issues this might not be for you. Basically it’s low level apartment blocks sent into the hillside so you can’t avoid steps to either get to the pool or to the restaurant. It really didn’t bother us and there is water with pools flowing through the middle which has fish, frogs and turtles. The transfer bus can’t pull into the hotel so you are dropped off at a different hotel but it’s literally 3 mins walk away. The pool was lovely so clean and to sit by the pool and have an amazing sea view was lovely. We didn’t go in school holidays but there was never a scramble for sunbeds - maybe because there was a good mix of nationalities so less brits scrambling for a bed 1st thing. There were still sun beds by 10am. Yes you do get a cup which you have to keep for your drinks - it is washed every time or you can get it swapped. I thought this was good because there were no piles of used cups round the pool. I liked that there was Estrella and branded soft drinks on tap. We weren’t keen on the premixed cocktail but you can have shorts with a mixer and the sangria was amazing. We liked the food - it’s not an all singing all dancing 4 star hotel buffet but there’s plenty of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. If you are fussy there is always pasta, pizza , chips and salad. Beach is 5 mins walk away and is a lovely cove. There is also an area next to the hotel which has a supermarket, gift shops and a few bars. Plus you can get boat trips from the beach. All in all we would defo go back - it was great value for money. Also thank you to all the staff they were lovely and the night time entertainment was good too. Thank you Calas Park for a lovely holiday !
