We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia and would definitely recommend it! The staff were amazing - always smiling, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. They really made our holiday even more enjoyable.
There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day, making it a great hotel for families, while the Premium area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of options at every meal.
We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again!
We are just back from 7 amazing days at the Palia Maria Eugenia. We went premium, quadruple room, A512 with a sea view – the room was 10/10. Clean, spacious, amazing views. Everything we wanted. The premium block is floor 0-7, the rooms ending 12 are on the end and have the best views.
Travelled the 4 of us, 2 grown ups and 2 kids aged 12 and 8. Loads for the kids to do, entertainment was good – in French and Spanish and English.
Premium pools were nice and quiet, go up and pour your own beer which was a bit dangerous for me but excellent.
Noise from the stage stops pretty much bang on 11 and the place becomes nice and quiet.
Clean throughout and food was nice – different varieties of food each night. Main pool has a handful of slides and a decent deep pool. Can walk out the back onto the path that leads you to the beach in about 5 minutes, which is called Domingo and is really nice as well.
S’Arenal excursion to the water park was 10/10 as well, ordered from the company across the road. Wear some wetsuit shoes or something on your feet as it may burn otherwise!
Went to Porto Cristo as well which is a lovely town and only 20 mins away on the bus. Cales de Mallorca is quiet, not a heavy nightlife but there are lots of options if you want a quiet late one (which we didn’t do except when the England games were on).
Honestly would give this place 6 out of 5 if I could – all the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the towel animals made by the room team were perfect and the kids loved them.
Was genuinely sad to leave and come back to the UK. Thank you team we had the best holiday!
We have spent a lovely week at Palia Maria Eugenia. On my birthday I had a suprise made with towels and balloons and wishes written in Polish. I also got a bottle of cava from a bartender. The rooms are clean. The staff and animators are friendly. Audrey and Quentin were the best and I had fun dancing Aqua zumba. The animations are mostly in French because most of guests are French. I didnt mind as I speak French. For kids there are animations in the morning and mini disco in the evening. The premium part with two poola with the sea view is really nice. The view from our room on the seventh floor was also breath taking. The food was tasty.
We stayed here for seven nights. It was our first time as a family leaving England, with two young children. They loves the pool and the slides rhat come with it, all inclusive was great, san Miguel on tap all day, food was ok what you expect with an all inclusive. Hotel staff nice and friendly, bed sheets cleaned every day, nearby beach was great for snorkelling and sunbathing, wotld definitely return. Great all round
Firstly it’s a beautiful hotel, very pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are cleaned daily, and it’s nice inside. Food is average, themes nights were great and still bland. I would say it’s great for kids no older than 8. Spent a week here with my teen and pre teen, too old for the kids club and too young for any activities such as archery. I wouldn’t come back a dm problem wouldn’t recommend to anyone with older children.
