This modern luxury hotel is located directly beside the sea and is surrounded by numerous beaches. Surrounded by a small pine forest, separated from the hotel by a road. The resort center of Cala Ratjada, with its many shops and places of entertainment, is about a mile and Son Moll Creek is one kilometer. Opposite the hotel is a stop for public transport (20 meters). The building is fully air conditioned and has a garden area. In the outdoor complex is a saltwater pool and a sunbathing area with loungers and parasols. The hotel's facilities include an indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. The tennis club located 300 m away a total of 11 clay courts.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stayed here or 10 nights.. its mainly a German resort but thst didn't bother us. The hotel us unbelievably clean...constantly being cleaned the staff are super friendly. Rooms big enough and well supplied. Fridge water kettle hair dryer balcony everything you could want. I won't comment on the food in dining as im a super picky eater but always found something, now the poolside bar and snackbar which was more of a cafe...superb absolutely superb. With fabulous staff.. especially Jesus and his mojitos!! The only thing which I thought was wrong was men had to wear long trousers and sleeved t shirts at dining where as women could wear anything as it was over 30° most days too...its not 1975 anymore.. a bit sexist. Imagine if this was the other way around. All in all a great hotel that is,made even better by the staff.... oh and the lifeguard. Top fella too...
Stayed here for a week in July 2026 half board. Lovely clean hotel right on the edge of the sea. Check-in was simple and fast. We had a sea/ mountain view room on the second floor, which was excellent. Lovely comfortable beds, fridge and air conditioning, which definitely was needed. There is a safe which costs €12 euros a week. TV with English channels, not that we watched it! Although we did watch the England World Cup game, which was shown in the bar while we were there.
There is a large sea water pool, plunge pool and plenty of sun beds and parasols. There were a few mosquitos flying around in the evenings! So remember the insect repellent.
The pool bar has very good food on offer and staff are excellent , some language barriers but you can get by without too many problems. Generally more Germans than English at this hotel. One thing worth mentioning is the small glass bottles water bottles (50cl) which if you are not AI costs approx €3. We walked into Cala Ratjada along the coast path and picked up large bottles of water. The walk is approx 25 minutes and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
There was entertainment every evening, different solo artists, and it was very good.
Breakfast and evening meals were very good, some evenings there was themed nights. Men must wear long trousers in the restaurant
All in all a great hotel and a good place to chill and relax.
A lovely Adult Only hotel with majority of guests whilst we were there over 40. Setting is great although 20-25 mins walk from bars & restaurants. Mini tren & local bus available outside the hotel. Food is of a pretty good standard - although we would prefer a bit more garlic herbs etc. A choice of dining inside or on the terrace. Rooms are a good size (we had an inland view) with a decent bathroom & proper closing wardrobes with plenty of hangers!! The hotel some will say is a little dated but it's very clean & all the staff are very hardworking & lovely. The majority of guests are German but Tui & Jet2 are now sending more British guests. There were some others who were French Polish & from the USA so It would be lovely if all the staff would greet everyone in Spanish as we are guests on a Spanish speaking island & we don't all speak German. We would definitely return. No sunbed wars either all very civilised!!!
Good comfortable hotel great staff and spotlessly clean it’s not a huge hotel so never felt crowded. Always sun lounges available by the pool. We paid extra for the sea view. The clientele here are mainly German only a few British people. The costal walk into Cala RATJADA takes around 20 minutes or there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Taxi is 10 euro. There are no local shops near the hotel. The hotel charge 2.90€ for half litre water. We were half board so were having to buy water except for breakfast. Also if you like milk in your tea or coffee in your room this is not supplied. The entertainment was good.. the food was okay and if you want peace and quiet this is definitely the hotel for you. Will we return probably not.
Great hotel in great area. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. Went fully inclusive, lots of choice with food. Good entertainment in the evenings.
