Food always cold so microwave used often day of leaving we were allowed in early for breakfast um yes. Cold that's before the 8 am rush bathroom was dangerous climb into bath for shower which was high getting out hang on to shower screen and towel rail staff work hard but sorry never again It may have been on in 2024 but not now !
The good - hotel was absolutely lovely and modern, beautiful reception which smelt amazing when you walked in every day. Staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby, toilets, restaurant, rooms, pool area were spotless could not fault the cleanliness of this hotel, staff worked hard to maintain this daily and I have to say the cleanest and most well maintained pool and paddling pool for little ones that I have ever used! And I mean crystal clear water all day.
Negatives - there were some negatives and we felt the all inclusive drinks option was very limited considering it was all inclusive hotel. The food was very repetitive and not of a great standard at times and there were not enough fresh vegetables. The fruit was lovely and fresh and hot breakfast choices were cold, although lunch time we felt hot options were a lot warmer. We felt we needed to eat out at night because the choices were quite limited. If we were to return we would only do bed and breakfast for this reason.
However, location was great and super clean. The hotel is only let down by food choices and limited all inclusive drinks.
Just got back from a 3 night stay with my grown up daughters. First impressions are fantastic, hotel reception is stunning and smells amazing. Reception staff greet you with a much appreciated welcome drink and sent us for lunch while our room was being made ready. They were super friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely, no complaints from us. We were all inclusive. Pool grounds were absolutely spotless and immaculately kept. Good sunbed rule too meaning people can't hog them or reserve them before 9am. Only downside for the pool area for us was the smoking sofa. The wind carries the smell of smoke all over the beautiful pool and sunbed areas, which is unfair for everyone else. Some people would spend hours on the smoking sofa so it was constant. I think it needs relocating as you have small children in the shallow end and it's absolutely not fair on anyone especially young children, inhaling 2nd hand smoke. Gala night was lovely and a nice touch, which I believe is every week. Hotel room we had was a double with pool view, accomodated the 3 of us fine, 3 single beds, on the small side and felt a little cramped but was hardly in the room, so no issue at all. Hairdryer didn't work, despite reporting it, still wasn't fixed, which wasn't great for mum and 2 daughters. Also, the room needs a mirror as only the bathroom had a mirror so proved difficult at times as everyone needed it. On the whole I would come back here as the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff are lovely, especially the snack bar staff and manager, along with the lifeguards, only 1 encounter with a less pleasant member of staff upon requesting the luggage door key on 12th June around 5pm and again 7pm. This hotel is very German focused and unfortunately my daughters and i felt most but not all, were not the friendliest, but we kept ourselves to ourselves and really enjoyed our stay and will return. One thing to note, this is not fully all inclusive. Majority is. But its not round the clock food, drinks yes, but not all drinks. Just not what we are used to on all inclusive, it's either all or nothing. But this was just different, however, still lots of choice and the best pina coladas 😊 😊
The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. The room was very nice with twin beds, a TV, a balcony with pool views (standard), in room safe and useful fridge. We stayed for one week on a half board basis. The restaurant was well set out and the food was both varied and plentiful if a little cool at times. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and hard working throughout. There are two pools, one for the kids and they are immaculate and well maintained. There are plenty of sun beds and parasols. The evening entertainment was however a little disappointing in both quality and for being more catering to our German cousins who are predominant in the hotel and the wider resort area. Overall, we enjoyed our week here and would recommend it to others.
Lovely ,friendly hotel, very clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller I was made to feel very comfortable. Pool lovely. Staff very friendly, food always found something every time . Rooms were bigger than I thought for a solo room. Could not fault this hotel and will definitely return. Would totally recommend. Nice 5 min slow walk into town where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and lovely beach
