Wonderful stay with an unbeatable view
From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch as the staff met us outside and carried our luggage all the way to our rooms. A big thank you to them for such a warm welcome. The receptionists were incredibly kind and provided us with all the necessary information. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, and the view from the window was simply unbeatable. When it comes to dining, both breakfast and dinner buffets offered a huge variety of dishes. There is truly something for everyone. I especially appreciated how relaxed the staff was; since I love having a morning coffee in my room, I went to the kitchen to make one before breakfast officially started. Even though the staff saw me, they didn't mind at all. A special thanks to the cleaning lady who saw me with my hands full and kindly called the elevator for me. Regarding the wellness area, the gym has everything you need. While the indoor pool is clean and the water temperature is pleasant, I wish it were a bit larger as it is not really designed for swimming. Also, the water in the jacuzzi should definitely be warmer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfy, clean relaxing stay
We loved our stay at hipotels Hipocampo playa. It was very clean, great facilities and friendly staff. We arrived around half 1 and they were happy to check us in early as our room was ready. The room had a great layout with a stunning view of Cala Millor beach. It was a quiet area and the beach infront of the hotel was pretty quiet too but a 10 min walk into a busier area and busier part of the beach if that's what you prefer. Definitely a relaxing holiday that was needed.

Fabulous hotel, great staff and lovely location.
The hotel was at the end of the promenade, which is a lovely location, with the beach less than 50m away. It was quiet, but only a short walk away from the centre and the restaurants along the front. We didn't have a car, but everything was within walking distance.
We thought the hotel itself was very nice, clean, tidy and smart. The staff were very friendly, always happy to help and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was also very nice, with a view over the pool and sideways sea view. It was cleaned daily which was fabulous.
The beach is close by, the sea was incredibly warm, and when it was calm the snorkeling around the rocks to the right was amazing. All sorts of fish and we were lucky enough to also see an octopus.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. We ate out every night and can highly recommend Tomeu, tapas de sa caleta, The Sportsman's for a bit of fun karaoke and Gelateria Ca'n Garau for ice cream, the best we had the whole week, especially the Dubai chocolate!
One very small criticism is that we noticed the food/drink prices were a fair bit more in the hotel than the bars and restaurants in town. But it was very convenient to grab a pina colada and head back to a sun lounger.
We never had a problem getting a sun lounger, even when we came back from the beach at 2pm. Yes the pool was a little on the small side, but it never felt crowded.
The entertainment seemed very good, but we only saw some of it, as were usually on the beach in the day or in the town in the evening.
We would definitely come back to stay at the hotel in the future.

Highly recommended hotel and Cala Millor beach has a wonderful promenade with fantastic sunrises!!
You can walk and hike along the greenway and Punta de Namer.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms, good food, interesting evening entertaining programs in the evening and very friendly and helpful stuff. I recommend this hotel, I've been here for 3 times already.
Hotel has a good location as well, there are few mini markets, restaurants and bars around. The beach is clean with amazing crystal clear water.
