The hotel is finished and facilities are fantastic
The staff are so friendly and the hotel is finished to a high standard, our room was upgraded to a suite (compliments of the hotel) and it was amazing! If you are worried that this hotel is still a building site based on other reviews don’t be, it’s finished and facilities are fantastic. You’ll enjoy a relaxing holiday here with the service expected for a 5 star hotel. The spa is worth a visit and kept my teenagers happy, the pool is spacious, you’re not squashed in like other hotels on the beach front and the relaxed vibe is very chill. We stayed B&B as we like to eat out and the breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Remodelled hotel
Have stayed at this hotel on six occasions previously and always enjoyed time there. The hotel was ending a modernisation program when we stayed. Some of the reviews suggested we were heading to a building site but this was certainly not the case. The remodelled rooms are stylish and the overall effect of all works is a cleaner, crisper more minimalist feel. Overall the renovation improves the hotel aesthetic. There were also some minor changes to operation eg no welcome drink, self serve coffee at breakfast but in essence the hotel remains an excellent choice and good value compared to similar. Staff are both friendly and excellent.
Not quite 5 star.
We came back to the hotel after having such a wonderful time there last year. I'd read the reports about the renovations still going on but they didn't impact on our stay in any way. The rear gardens are still being finished which meant the entertainment was across the pool bar area. The renovations have been done to a very high standard and the ceiling fans in the rooms are a great addition alongside the A/C. The hotel is immaculate and the cleaning staff keep it that way. All the staff were super helpful, very easy and pleasant to deal with. My only complaint about the hotel is the food, there's an amazing choice of high quality food but it's only luke warm and then there are no hot plates to put it on, so your food goes cold very quickly, might be a health and safety reason, I don't know, but if it isn't, it needs resolving as it spoils the quality of the food. Excellent choice of desserts, salads etc as well. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas in a fabulous pool area and no need to go down at silly o'clock to get one, always beds available. I'd definitely return but please sort the issue of being able to get a hot breakfast and dinner and then it'll be worthy of it's 5 stars as currently it's a good 4 star +.

Best pool and spacious grounds.
The hotel is still completing renovation so not yet back to five star. Best aspect is the spacious pool area with plenty of deck chairs well spaced out for privacy. Lovely large pool is the best in the resort. The buffet food is good quality and choice. Only update should be pots of fresh coffee brought to table instead of relying on machines (often queues is not 5 star). The rooms are good and we upgraded to a suite but overlooked bare are with construction work. Try to get one overlooking the pool area. The main bar and spa was not open so was no atmosphere in the main hotel. We had to walk across a road to get to our suite. Hotel is good quiet location to walk into the prom and swim in the sea. We played tennis on clay courts but cost is 25 euros. Try next year when hotel is fully refurbished.

Serenity idea is not treating all customers equally
Nice Hotel, could do with a couple of microwaves to heat food at your own discretion. Most hotels have this and if the management are reading this then that would make a great edition as other guests said the same.
