I had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the hotel. The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The rooms were lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made for a fantastic holiday.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to include cocktails in the all-inclusive package. There is only a small additional charge for them, which isn’t much, but it would be a lovely extra if they were included.
Other than that, we couldn’t fault our stay and would happily return.
I visited as a solo female traveller, arriving early hours of the morning, and greeted by a pleasant reception member, my room was very spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped, there was hand/body wash, moisturiser, two bottles of water in the fridge with two cold glasses, which I thought was a lovely touch. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t manage much sleep as the beds were so uncomfortable, I know this is just a personal preference, someone else will love them, there was a selection of pillows, none of which helped with my sleep. My room was cleaned daily, to high standards. My safe stopped working, so I went to reception and was advised once again by smiling helpful staff. Lots of food options, different themes each night, but I found I ate out on an evening, as a lot of the dishes were cold. The bar staff were very polite, and obliging, one member in particular was Al Varo, an absolute credit to the hotel. Unfortunately there were a few items I found I had to pay towards, even though I was all inclusive, cocktails and ice cream, it’s the first time I have come across this, but apparently it mentions it in the small print. I felt very safe in and outside the hotel, the shops, bars and beach were right outside the door, and Cala Bona was a 10 minute walk away. All in all an enjoyable time.
Cane back from here after a four nights away. Hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and cleaned every day. Reception staff where friendly and tentative, bar staff where great and you never had to wait to long to be served. Food was fantastic with plenty to choose from. Views were beautiful looking out to the sea. Really enjoyed our stay and was walking distance from shops, bars and other restaurants.
I am currently at this hotel and on the transfer from the airport I read a scathing review from a solo traveller and wondered what I was going to. Well I’m pleased to say it’s the total opposite of that review, the hotel is fabulous. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The hotel is kept really clean, the bedrooms (5) we all have are fantastic. Beautiful and spacious with everything you could hope for and more. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, toiletries even including body moisturiser. On the balcony there’s plenty of hanging space for swimwear and towels.
The restaurant staff have been so accommodating, making sure they prepare a table for 5 of us as it is not a normal table size. There is so much choice at every meal I cannot understand the negative comments about the food. There’s fresh fish or meat cooked in front of you, veggie options and so much more.
We’ve had a little boogie when there’s been evening entertainment (every other day) .
The hotel is in a great location and the scenery is stunning.
(Oh and we’ve never had a problem getting water!)
We have a few days left and are looking forward to spending them at this little gem.
Went here for 10 days mid June for the second time and absolutely loved it. First time was B&B but only do half board now. Sea view is awesome & the rooms are very spacious & kept so clean by a great friendly team of house keepers. The breakfast is a great variety of options the only very small issue with the evening meal was that it wasn’t labelled very well but the staff were on hand if you wanted some help with that. Second very small issue which is probably more my personal opinion is that the pool bar could benefit from a couple of WiFi speakers positioned in secluded areas to make a bit of atmosphere rather than when you go to the bar the music is quite loud and I found myself having to repeat my order several times. The pools are both very clean & pool ares have plenty of beds and umbrellas . These two little things are why I’ve given it a 4. Would still highly recommend it & would return in a heartbeat if they still had the B&B option. Many thanks to all the amazing staff/ chefs/cleaners / waitresses & reception. ❤️
