Me and my Fiancée visited for a week in September. We had an amazing holiday, location is right next to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the main square.
The main stars of this hotel are the animation team! All of them were so friendly and were great at getting people involved. They always made an effort to speak to us, even if we just bumped into them around the hotel. We tried most of the activities and had so much fun. Big massive thank you to José, Donovan, Erwan and Issam. You guys made our trip very memorable :)
The activities also weren’t too child focused which was perfect for us as we’re a childless couple.
Pool area was nice, all inclusive cocktails were perfectly fine. They do come out of a machine but they are nice. The premium cocktails are made by the bar staff and are incredible. Quite a few sun loungers were broken, the backs did not go up and stay in place. But these were placed at the back. However, we did often sit on a bed and realise it was broken which was a shame.
There was enough selection of food that there was something for everyone. We ate in the hotel more than we ate out.
We would definitely return.

Excellent!
Just got back yesterday from a week at this hotel on AI basis. Location is fantastic, a very short walk (5 mins) to the Cala Gran beach, and is also very close to the centre of Cala d Or. I found all the staff to be very friendly, from the warm welcome at reception to the dining staff, bar staff, the maids and maintenance staff, everyone had a smile and said hello. The food and drinks were of a very good quality with plenty of choice and the entertainment on a night was enjoyable. I found the room to be very comfortable and the maid cleaned daily. Good hotel, with good staff, good location, good weather…..great holiday! Would definitely return.

Good all inclusive holiday for the price.
The hotel was good for the price, location was excellent, beautiful beach a short walk away from the hotel, sea was warm but beware of the fish they do nip your feet. Hotel was basic and some attention needed to the shower head which wouldn’t sit properly in the holder and there was an awful smell from the drains, there was a fridge, hob, microwave and kettle but only 2 cups and saucers and 2 teaspoons. Clean towels every day, bed sheets were changed probably twice in 7 days and bins weren’t emptied everyday and floors weren’t cleaned daily. There was no double bed it was 2 single beds pushed together, but it was a base and you get what you pay for. It was bearable for the week we were there. Staff in the hotel were very polite and friendly and in the restaurant although the main bar man over the road at the main pool candido wasn’t very friendly and I found him quite rude at times. Food was ok, it wasn’t hot but there was plenty of choice and we were always able to find something, plenty of fresh bread, baguettes and salad if the hot meal choice weren’t to your liking . Drinks unlimited and food, there were snacks on over at the pool bar and ice cream and lollies were unlimited as were hot drinks. Entertainment was on every evening and a good variety. It stated 4 pools there was a main one and small one close to it, another small one in between the apartment blocks and the 4th was an adults only which looked more like a large fish tank. Never found how to get into that one! We went on a 4 hour boat trip on one of the days which was lovely to see more of the island from around the coast and spent an hour at another village and and hour swimming in the sea. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and places to hire cycles and scooters etc we ventured out a couple of evenings to the tropical gardens bar where the entertainment was fantastic. Overall for the cost of an all inclusive holiday it was good and the weather was beautiful 26 degrees, it was our first visit to Mallorca and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely resort but very noisy and management useless
If you want. Quiet relaxing holiday avoid this place !! .paid extra for a seaview room thinking it would be nice and peaceful but it wasn't the entertainment was so loud then you get a room where you have noisy guests keeping you awake for 2 nights after they check in and management don't care .It's a lovely resort the cleaners do such a good job and always greeting you and lots of smiles .The food is good .The older restaurant staff are rude and aggressive thank goodness for the younger staff that are always happy and greet you they actually put the older higher staff to shame.No communication in this resort . Lovely beach and shops but I would never go back to this resort.We have come home feeling more shattered and tired than when we went from lack of sleep .
Not brilliant
Nice clean hotel staff good food not so good pool bar ok but i only ever had a cold sore twice in my life both times when i used plastic cups in hotels in future i will bring my own glass
