Excellent hotel
Fabulous hotel . Does what it says on the tin. Only draw back was we had to move rooms on the 2nd day as there was smokers below us and it stank. New room was fantastic location and no more issues. So close to the sea almost in it.

Repeat visitors - lovely place but a few issues never resolved
Stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive , this was our 4th time here in recent years. We love this hotel - get same room each year and it’s really nice. The service is generally good. The drinks make all inclusive worth it - decent brands , no limits. I comment every year on the gym and the WiFi but both never get any better. The gym doesn’t have air con, is dated with old machines and hot which is a shame as people use it all the time. It’s also dirty with dust and dirty windows. The WiFi has never improved - intermittent and logs out numerous times. The thing we noticed this year that wasn’t as good was a new system in the lounge at the evening some waiters take and order and some bring the drinks out - they don’t do both. Unfortunately this led to longer waits and service not as good. The entertainment is ok ish could be better but the singers are good . Nice clientele, never waited for a suned and comfy bed.

A fantastic holiday!
Its a great place to stay. I liked the vintage 1970's architecture, being next to the sea with a beach access and the very friendly staff. There's plen5y or seating around the pools, and loads of soft furnishings outdoors to lounge around in and read. Our room (2416) was immaculate we had plenty of space and a balcony view out to sea.
As others have said the some areas need a refurb, the bar area looks a bit old and the eating area also is a bit dated. But I hope the don't change the architectural style of the hotel.
My biggest winge was water only being available at breakfast for free.
This end of town is quiet, especially at night, but the hassle and bussle of the main drag is only 20 min walk or quick bus ride away.
Some improvement reqired
Found all the staff very welcoming other than the front desk on our arrival, was our first visit to the hotel and found the initial welcome underwhelming. Restaurant staff very attentive. Good choice of food, only downside was the serving temperatures of the food, the only way I could describe this would be tepid, evening vegetables ,baked beans, bacon, sausage, breakfast tomatoes. A very good choice for variety. Breakfast toast was a painful wait and you had to toast each slice twice, not very efficient. Jet2, you need to get your act together. If you change the flights to an earlier time please ensure that the hotel are expecting an earlier guest arrival. We did not change the flight times you did !!!

Brilliant holiday
This was our first visit to Vik San Antonio and I am already looking forward to visiting again in 2027. Lovely location on the beach, spotless room cleaned daily, great food, very helpful staff, everything within walking distance yet in a lovely peaceful location. Thank you to all for a brilliant holiday.
