This superb beach apartment complex enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos. The complex is situated a mere 300 metres from the stunning sandy beach and its lively promenade. The town centre, with its array of shopping and entertainment venues is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is a bus stop just 200 metres from the complex. The complex enjoys a quintessential island style with a low-rise building and a charming architectural design. The stunning apartments feature soothing neutral and pastel colours and wooden furnishings, offering a relaxing home away from home. Guests will appreciate the complex's selection of leisure and recreational facilities which provide an enjoyable experience for all the family. Guests can dine in style in the restaurant, where delectable culinary delights are the order of the day. All Family Rooms are located at a separate building from the main hotel building and they offer ceiling fan instead of air conditioning.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Really nice clean place staff very friendly great location will definitely go back
Perfect location, really close to beach & shops, lovely calm atmosphere (apart from foam party day) which is brilliant! Rooms are basic, but very clean, beds aren't very comfortable very firm mattresses . Food was lovely always something, different theme nights! (No nuggets at all for fussy kids). Lovely 7 days in peak time, we got a brilliant room over looking smaller pool. We plan to come back again next year, with all the family. Drinks are ok, wine isn't nice! Plenty of other options though. Overall well worth the money. Gutted we didn't stay longer!
Went there with my partner with the intention of doing very little, although we were both keen to use the gym each day, which sounds weird to some people on holiday, but that's how we are, we like to stay in shape. Stayed a week. Room was nice and cleaned each day (except Wednesdays). Restaurant was busy at peak times, but there was always a free table. Food was great! Plenty of variety. 3 x swimming pools, none of which were overcrowded and lots of sun loungers available. Staff were 99% helpful throughout the hotel. Entertainment every evening. Not my thing but enjoyed by the majority and different every evening. Not sure what's for kids as we didnt take any. I'd gladly go back again, but for the "gym". It was dirty and neglected. A decent treadmill, but other than that, a very wobbly cross trainer and a multi-gym that had seen better days (with some of the cables missing). Needs replacing and a few free weights added. If you dont want to work out whilst you're on your holiday I'd be happy to recommend this place. Oh, and feeding the wild parakeets by hand at the beach in the evening was fun.
We have stayed here 4 times and this stay was three years in a row. We really love all the staff at the hotel. The reception staff are so helpful. The annex rooms are basic but they do the job. You are only in the room to sleep. Air conditioning would really improve the stay. The entertainment team work non stop. The whole family joined in the activities. It was a wonderful way to bring everyone together. The weekly foam party was brill. There was always something to eat and there was a wide range of desserts each evening. My children loved getting a high five from Thomas in the dining room each day. Everyone knew him! Liza was also really nice as front of house. We love coming here and my children want to go no where else.
We went with our kids and grandkids (9 of us) had a great time, food was good, never had a problem getting sunbeds , good location , we stayed in the annex, rooms were fine and the kids fed the parrots out of their hands most days π only downside was the entertainment was very biased towards the French !
