This bright apartment complex is situated on a hill in a central area of the tourist resort in Puerto del Carmen, one of the most important tourist areas of Lanzarote. The complex is separated from the beach only by a street. Extremely near the resort is the shopping area with boutiques, bars and restaurants. The outdoor complex includes a fresh-water pool with children's area, which both are heated in winter. The panoramic terrace, equipped with hammocks, offers magnificent ocean view. The tastefully-fitted apartments all come with a combined bedroom and well-equipped living room, and a separate bedroom. An en-suite bathrooms and a balcony or terrace come as standard. In the pool area are available a bar, where guests can enjoy superb breakfast and snacks.

It was ok
The hotel was in an excellent location close to the main strip,when we entered the room on first impressions it was ideal for what we wanted but when I took a closer look it wasn't very clean which left me feeling uncomfortable,we had to pay extra for air conditioning Xtra for the remote control,there was no ironing board or iron or brush in the room,there was only 2/3 sockets in the kitchen/dining area,no main light in the kitchen/dining area or the bedroom,our bedroom window looked onto other apartments so we couldn't open the curtains and the doors in the kitchen opened to the back of the pubs,it was very noisy at night time,this is our 5 time in lanzorate but our first time staying in this apartment,the beds are only camp beds and squeeked every time you moved with thin matteress and only 1 thin pillow,the apartments need a deep clean.
Third visit, soon to be fourth.
This is our third visit to these apartments and we'll be back next year too! This visit I'd asked for an apartment in the lowest block down the hill and they totally obliged! We were in 107. The last apartment in the lowest block so no-one needed to walk past us and hardly a hill to worry about! The apartment was spotless, had everything we could need and it was really worth paying the €6 per night for the A/C. The staff on reception were fab , friendly, approachable and helpful too. This apartment was so close to everything you could need, supermarket, bars, beach, restaurants. This is a perfect holiday stay.

An amazing experience!
My wife and I went here for our anniversary and were not left disappointed. Had a wonderful apartment, with a stunning sea view and Blanca (reception) was so helpful in addressing a minor problem with the fridge, which got replaced immediately. Already booked to return in 2027.

Worth the visit
Lovely place to stay bit hard getting up the hill but sea views where worth it. Basic accommodation but suitable for what we needed. And a gorgeous hotel cat lol bertie
