Family Holiday
Stayed for 10 nights on check in was easy and staff were brilliant, bar and restaurant staff were also as friendly, hotel is in perfect location and the 2 bed apartment we had was perfect.great pools even though we only found out on arrival that 2 of them were salt water. Now the bad bits, food was poor choice for kids with hardly anything for them to eat as they are fussy, pork on everyday, my daughter got stuck in the toilets behind reception for 15mins and was scared when she was freed and no compaction shown , night time entertainment was poor apart from Mexican duo. Overall would stay again if the food improved and better selection for kids
family holiday July
Spent 9 nights here our first time staying at Floresta and we absolutely loved it. So many positives from the cleanliness of the room and comfort (shower not very strong but that's just a small issue) to the fabulous entertainment staff (great fun playing water polo and soccer and pingpong), the main guy (cant think of his name) but he was amazing with the kids knew their names and had so much fun with them. The food was very good and fresh and plenty of choice (pool bar also lovely for snack food if you didn't want to go to the restaurant for lunch) only thing i would mention is the fact that pizza is not in the all inclusive... not sure why) The location is ideal very close to Airport, beach across the road and bus and taxi directly outside the hotel 5mins on the bus right into Puerto Del Carmen center. Lovely cycle / pedestrian street at the beach all the way to the airport which is really worth doing. Check in and out was a breeze and staff just so helpful. Pool area is fabulous loads of space and plenty of loungers never an issue getting one. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would 100% return and recommend to anyone. Hopefully see ye next year. 🌞🙂

Another fabulous stay!
Just returned from our 4th stay here, this time just me and my teenage daughter. We had a 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the quieter part of the hotel, overlooking the hotel next door. This was perfect, no noise, lovely and peaceful. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. We found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful, as we have always done. We only booked bed and breakfast, as we like to take advantage of the fabulous restaurants and bars nearby. We had no problem getting a sunbed every day, although the ones at the front, with parasols, seemed to have towels on them really early. We cancelled our transfer and got a taxi to and from the airport - 14 euros each way We got the bus into puerto del carmen right outside the hotel - 2 euros 80 to the casino (the start of the strip). Excellent shops there. All in all, another fabulous stay at the fabulous hotel. We'll be back!

Great Hotel for a family break.
We have been coming to Hotel Floresta for 13 years. We are never disappointed with the Hotel and come 2 times per year when we can.
The Hotel itself is in a perfect location. Close to the airport, close to a stunning beach that's really accessible for our wheelchair user and a good selection of shops and restaurants close by.
The hotel over the years continues to invest in the upgrading of facilities and accommodation and take great pride in its upkeep, and the cleanliness deserves 10 stars!
We always book All Inclusive and whilst it can get repetitive there's always something to eat. I have stayed at many 4 star resorts that aren't superior to it and the bad food reviews baffle me, Floresta is a very very good 3 star in that regard.
The staff at the hotel, despite how busy they are, greet us warmly every day and go above and beyond to assist with anything at all.
If you want a holiday thats boozy, or wild, Floresta is not the right place for you to stay. Most people have settled in their rooms by 11 or so.
We will continue to holiday here for as long as it keeps working for our family and love to see all our wonderful friends when we arrive. The restaurant, bar, entertainment staff and those in the back office that always assist with my booking.
11th visit and worth it
11th vist to this fabulous hotel, literally a home away from home! Absolutely fantastic! Amazing, wonderful staff from everyone on reception ,the bar,restaurant&the cleaners are all just fabulous!extremely clean, food is wonderful,beautiful grounds,can't wait for our nxt family holiday in the summer ☀️
