Completely renovated in 2013, the village-style apartment complex with its typical white-washed architecture offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. Great hotel
Great hotel and great staff. I emailed before to ask if we could get 2 rooms close together as our 2 daughters were coming and if we could get rooms on an upper floor. Both requests were met which was great. It was also my birthday when there and I came back to a cake left in the room, really nice touch. Breakfast was good and there was always sunbeds available round the pool. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely go back.
Brilliant and comfortable place to stay
Brilliant place to stay.Rooms are comfortable. Staff are all friendly and can't do enough for you.the location is at the top of a very steep hill but a taxi ordered by reception costs just 3 euros to get to the bottom where the bars are.This is the 5th time we have stayed here and we have already booked again for next year.

Amazing holiday
Lovely little complex staff are amazing very clean and tidy, I had a issue which was a personal one regarding my mum and where we was located on the site the staff where quick to relocate us closer to the restaurant and entrance the following morning. The food was amazing with a huge variety of foods for breakfast and the food quality was very good, the rooms were clean and new towels and room clean everyday, the complex location is only a 10min walk to the start of puerto del carmen main strip I will definitely be returning

Very pleasant staff that work very hard.very clean .good sized rooms .value for money quiet location. No problem for myself but if mobility problems becouse of location please consider this how ever taxis reasonable price and food in my opinion good to very good for price
Lovely relaxing holiday
Had a great 10 day half board stay at this hotel. Room was lovely, cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Food was good quality and there was lots of choice at both breakfast and dinner, and staff were very attentive and friendly. Loved the aqua aerobics in the pool. Would not hesitate to return.
