This family-friendly apartment complex is conveniently situated in the popular holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen in the south of Lanzarote. The closest beach, Playa Chica, can be reached within a short stroll, while the Biosfera shopping centre is only 800 metres away. The centre of Puerto del Carmen with its bars, restaurants and nightclubs is just a short stroll away. Lanzarote International Airport can be reached within a short drive. Completely renovated in 2013, the village-style apartment complex with its typical white-washed architecture offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. They have a friendly and inviting interior design, and features include air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and complimentary WIFI. Younger guests will love the mini-club, the playground and the children's pool, while not-so-young guests will appreciate the outdoor pool, the fitness facilities and the chill-out club bar. A perfect place for a sunny holiday.

Brilliant
Sat in the airport writing this review after a brilliant 10 day half board stay. It is a brilliant hotel, staff were excellent especially Pedro, Christopher and Hilda the entertainment fella, sorry I can't remember more names, but basically everyone, including the reception staff. I would recommend for families, solo travellers and older people. Everyone in fact.
Rooms were excellent, cleaners in it every day, food was excellent, Pedro at the bar was such a nice bloke. Pool was lovely, never seemed too busy, sun beds always free, which I know is a bug bear for a lot of people.
Location was very central, 10 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes from the strip.
They did us a packed lunch this morning before we left, thank you.
Booked us a taxi and even the taxi driver was brilliant.
My only slight negative, was that a couple of times they got our drinks order mixed up, I was getting my brother's drinks on my bill, even though we were in Separate rooms. Probably because we were all sat together at dinner. The staff dealt with it, so no major negatives.
Than you again. We will definitely be booking again.

Fabulous Holiday
Second time back to Gloria Izaro and once again did not disappoint. Beautiful hotel friendly staff very relaxing holiday. We all enjoyed our stay with you and will be back

Each of the team at Gloria Izaro from fab housekeeping crew who kept our apartment # 602 gleaming , to maintenance folks , special shout out to Fifi and colleagues on front desk for always helping us with our requests for towels , tours or taxies
Pedro on the bar , so good to see you again and Paulo on entertainment what talent , to the dining crew especially dark haired waitress who is off this week but always made us so welcome , the food as always delicious , impressed how well resort looked as first time back in 2 years , 5th time staying with you guys never disappoints
We loved our recent visit to Gloria Izaro and look forward to returning

Good trip for our family of 5
A brilliant holiday had with my family of 5. The accomodation was perfect for what we needed and was modern/ clean. We stayed 10 nights with breakfast and evening meal included. There was plenty of choice for different tastes. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out in particular to Ismael and Pablo in the pool area. Location wise the steep hill wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility problems. But there are regular buses and taxis. It's located between the old town (by the harbour) and an easy bus ride or walk to the larger beach area with lots of dining options. There is a good shopping centre nearby and it's a good location for getting access to day trips. Will return at some point

Fantastic holiday
Excellent Hotel, Food was hot and with plenty of choice, staff always friendly and willing to help, will definitely be coming back to stay here
