Blue Sea Los Fiscos

Would not recommend this hotel at all. It was dirty and broken. My front door handle was literally off the door and we had to push it in every time we needed to lock the door. There was a weird smell in the bedroom and our rubbish was never collected so we ended up with 5 bags full when we left. There was literal cockroaches in the restaurant and barely any food options, one of which being pasta with neon green on it!!! Pool was way too deep im 5’7 and could only stand on my tiptoes at the very end of one side which just takes the fun out of it and makes it more of a work out and it opened late pretty much every day. Most of the staff seemed miserable and talked to us like dirt. There was absolutely zero entertainment and I didnt even see the room they claimed to have for it. We had people playing their own music obnoxiously loud by the pool too which was not pleasant at all and completely ruined the atmosphere. Furthermore, it was a complete race to get sunbeds because families of up to 15 people were taking them all and surrounding the whole pool to the point you had to climb past them to get anywhere and no staff said anything about the boundaries of where you can put them. Basically it was a free for all with barely any staff present and dirt everywhere. Not enjoyable at all and will not be returning.

Even for the price it’s truly awful, I wasn’t expecting much but I actually cannot believe it. I got here 3 nights ago and I just want to leave we had to wait 6 hours to check into our room and it wasn’t even cleaned when we got there. It was filthy with sweets stuck to the wall, unclean floor, filled with bugs like cockroaches, glass on the floor and just blatantly disgusting. I tried to ignore it and headed to the bar, staff looked tired of there job being extremely unfriendly, pool was extremely deep which is good for jumping in etc but I’m 5,2 and couldn’t stand up on my tiptoes which makes it unjoyable. I had a bartender stare at my chest whilst talking about basically nothing to me making me rather uncomfortable as I’m only young and he was clearly a lot older than me. Food was disappointing and I’m not a picky eater but the food room was exceptional it’s just taste awfuly bland and unexciting. Photos online do not live up to its standards and facilities aren’t great. Shower goes burning hot then freezing in seconds and water pressure is weak. If you like being clean don’t even look at the hotel. My hotel hasn’t been cleaned once and i honestly just want clean towels at this point. Also water gets shut off at the bar when it shuts and vending machines don’t work which is shocking as water is unfiltered?? I asked the receptionist if they have any as they had a dispenser thingy in the morning and he just said no extremely blunt. Haven’t seen any entertainment yet and the bar shuts extremely early aswell as the pool which shuts at 6, so if you want to enjoy yourself or entertain your child you just can’t.

People around the pool have also complained things are going missing from there room but my room hasn’t been cleaned for things to go.

Don’t get me wrong despite the walk, it does seem really nice from how I’ve seen the strip I would just go a different hotel but after this I will not be returning there are much better hoildays elsewhere.

get me out of here ive been here for 2 days and already want to leave, we got here 15th July 2026 at 11am and got told we can’t check in until 3o’clock so we were expecting the room to be clean as we had to wait several hours, but it was the complete opposite, we got to our room to see a run down basic room not clean at all the bin still had rubbish in bath was filthy and the temperature won’t stay at one temp, the food is basic chef even said the food tastes and looks reused and it tastes walmed up, the staff are unhelpful and rude, everywhere in this place stinks of drains badly, beds are uncomfortable and unclean, and if you want to sleep at night this isn’t the place dispite there being no entertainment the noises are horrendous, the drinks at the bar are walm even thought there’s ice they come out of machines and tatse horrible, and at night the bar shuts early and there’s no water whatsoever, in the day at reception there was a water machine but the took it and we asked cause we needed water and they said they can’t give us any and there’s vending machines which and overpriced and don’t even work and we have seen cockroaches everywhere and I’ve heard others saying there’s cockroaches and ants in rooms, so sadly this is a hotel I would not recommend and no amount of money could make me come back this is my first time here in Lanzarote and probably my last.
