Location a bit far for m town , room was okey , food and drink allrightand Rami nice man

Location The hotel is situated around 15 minutes walk to the centre or a 5 minutes taxi ride, costing no more than €5. The town centre is great, filled with bars and restaurants and plenty of shops. The beaches superb offering sun lounges and umbrellas for €13. The Temple Bar is fantastic. Great food and drinks. Serenity roof top bar is also amazing with fabulous cocktails. Puerto Del Carmen is amazing and would definitely recommend.

Rooms Rooms are basic. Safe is priced at €15 per week plus a €10 deposit. Fans are priced at €10 and €10 deposit. The Rooms got cleaned every other day. The beds are awful as well as the pillows and very uncomfortable!

Food and Drinks Food is very very very poor, probably o e of the worst all inclusive. Whilst we have paid for all inclusive we have only used the restaurant once at lunch times, even the pizza was hard and cold! Everything is just luke warm. Evening meals we went twice, once upon arrival, which was Chinese style food and then another time, where we scanned the selection and walk straight back out. If you are a lover of veal stew and mash, this is for you. The breakfast was not too bad, but then again, not the best...the coffee from the machine is disgusting and tastes like Bovril. Overall, this part of the holiday was most disappointing. The drinks are average at best, one bar throughout the resort. You have to pay €1 deposit for a plastic cup...

Pool area Some real unsavoury characters around the pool, and whilst we are aware this isn't a 5* holiday and in fact a budget holiday, some real characters...which i rather forget. No parasols around the pool. Sunbeds get unchained at 10am...there was always enough space around the pool. The sunbeds are absolutely filthy, not seem them cleaned once.

To top this experience, my husband's sun hat was nicked from the balcony on our last night...why?? This just shows the clientele...It was a cheap sun hat...good luck wearing it. And lastly, upon checking out at 3.30am, the receptionist was asleep behind the reception desk, what the heck? Had to be woken up by another guest's loud banging on reception desk.

Overall, we would not return, however we are looking at returning to Puerto Del Carmen.

Basic, nice pool, cleaning staff were lovely, food was awful, but breakfast was lovely, ended up eating out as couldn’t face the limited choice everyday, alternative burgers and hotdogs every 2 days, pasta and tomato sauce every day! Deserts were bland. reception staff ok, I think they put up with a lot of hassle, lots of hen and stag do’s going on, lots of drunken arguing! Really liked the layout of our apartment and the whole complex, needs a renovation but they seem to be brightening the place up. Evening entertainment was non existent! Every day they advertise a show and every day it’s karaoke! We complained but they said it was an outside company! Gave up in the end!
