Excellent Holiday Experience
Spent a week with adult friends. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the staff have all been extremely friendly, helpful and constantly smiling. From the hotel reception, cleaners, restaurant and bar staff, nothing is a problem. Having separate pool areas and a number of drinks stations ensured there was something for everyone. Room was very spacious and cleaned daily (as requested). Food was of a very good quality, fresh and well stocked. Odd wait times but no more than 5 minutes if you go at busy times. Highly recommend and will return.

Great hotel, great value and superb standards that make a great holiday.
A superb, exceptionally clean, well-managed hotel which exceeds expectations. From a very efficient and genuinely welcoming arrival that had taken note of a room request and included a fresh packed snack in support of our late arrival; our holiday was off to a great start. We enjoyed well appointed, immaculately appointed rooms with great airconditioning, fridge with water, complimentary shower toiletries. The room was quiet and cleaned daily (we could choose daily, every other day or weekly). Towels changed daily if required and bedding changed at least once during our week's stay.
The adult-only food buffet was exceptional and a real credit to the hotel. Very well run, superbly well organised and attentive service providing seating and regular drinks delivery to the table. Various sections of the buffet were always well stocked right to the end of service and chef-cooked items regularly topped up with fresh with hardly any noticable wait during busy periods. We all ate well on the all inclusive three times a day and only had positive experiences.
The adult-only pool was everything it promised. Quiet, undisturbed and relaxing. The Chill-out shaded outdoor lounge felt luxurious. The hotel was undoubtebly busy but we always found sun-loungers in the shade as we needed.
Evening entertainment in the Nautlius Bar was ok - nothing special but it doesn't need to be. Branded drinks, quick and great bar service lend themselves to calm and enjoyable evenings having a singalong (or a laugh along!).
Throughout our stay, every member of staff from reception, bar/waiting, housekeeping and maintenance took the time to say hello or smile or acknowledge us as guests.
Overall, one the best Lanzarote experiences we've had, very good value and a superb hotel. We absolutely will return.

Great holiday at Sentido Lanzarote Suites
We had a fantastic stay here! Right from the moment we checked in, the staff were amazingly pleasant, warm, and attentive. They were particularly brilliant with my son, making him feel so welcome and included throughout our entire visit. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, from the communal areas right through to the room, which makes a huge difference when travelling with family. There was so much to keep the kids entertained that there was never a dull moment. It’s rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between top-tier cleanliness, great family amenities, and genuinely friendly service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!
Overall great experience
We have just returned from a great week at this hotel, our overall experience was amazing just a few small things that really didn’t spoil our holiday, the hotel staff was all absolutely fantastic , Maria & Michalis and all of the team at the pool bar , Maria the hotel towel lady and all of the team in the buffet restaurant they all went above & beyond and all friendly & helpful .
