Pretty bungalow style accommodation is nestled amongst the palm trees around the resort. One-Bedroom Bungalows with their own lounge area offer individually controlled air-conditioning/heating, a terrace with garden views and patio. Ignore the negatives
The management must be quite puzzled at times with the reviews. We stayed last winter, had a great time and have booked again for next year. The blue and white bungalows are lovely - we loved the white painted walls and the white bedding with the bright cushions. The food, drinks, staff and service were all very good indeed.
Everyone has a right to their opinion of course and the hotel would not be able to please everyone all of the time. We dont get the comments about being dated` though. No one is specific about this - quite puzzling - do they mean the colour of the curtains, pictures on the wall, maybe the showers. For those wishing to go just ignore the negatives and enjoy what is on offer.
Amazing Hotel and Fabulous Stay
We stayed at Atlantic Gardens for a week and it was truly one of our best holiday experiences. A very relaxing and quiet hotel. Rooms were nice, spacious and immaculate. Food was great also - always a varied selection and always tasted very good. Breakfast 8-10:30am which is really good as you don’t have to worry about having to be up early or miss it. One of the things that really made this stay special as others have mentioned are the staff, a real lovely bunch of people. Robert, Mikel and Viktor have to be some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. There is a strip only a 10 min walk away that has shops, restaurants, bars and a beach. So that was very enjoyable to wander to each day. There are also some very friendly local cats who let you give them a pet which was nice. The cats are all fully vaccinated and cared for. If you are looking for a relaxing stay somewhere I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough.
Never again!
Been here a few times in the past and on the most part enjoyed the holiday. However, this time it wasn’t good at all. Flies everywhere, all over the food. Hector, the lifeguard was like the Police and was considerably rude to both me and my husband. Ruined our holiday, my husband even complained at the front desk. Shame but wouldn’t ever return
A reliable and relaxing option, with Atlantic views
A consistently peaceful & relaxing place to spend a holiday (fourth visit). Several bungalows have direct views of the Atlantic. Grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The AI buffet offers a good selection of Canarian food, salads, and the chips/pizza stuff that a lot of Brits want. The bungalows and service areas are always clean. The complex is small, and around 10 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo, 20 minutes walk to the ferry terminal, so the quieter end of Playa Blanca. Staff are consistently welcoming, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
No B*ll Review as it is for me
Okay I travel lots and this place is one of the best ever, the bungalows are brill, great bed and fridge and TV and you can get BBC and ITV , perfectly cleaned every day the cleaner changes towels bedding every 3 days but will do it sooner if you want, the food is WOW great variety small amounts put out and replenished often good quality food and well cooked the entertainment is varied most good but some could be better but still was fine, drinks were great, never had to wait for drinks or food, the hotel position was great I walked to light-house every morning and marina every afternoon very little inclines, you can also go up the volcano its a brillo view up there, over all the place is great, the staff are great , the people on holiday are good level, food great We will go back as no kids is great oh yes the pool area is cleaned every day. special mention to Victor as he is so so eager to help and does his job 120% great guy
