Great family friendly hotel
We have recently returned from weeks family holiday staying here and we loved it. We arrived a little later than anticipated, around 8.30pm. Check in was quick and easy, friendly staff. We went to find our villa and unfortunately we were very underwhelmed. We decided it wasn't the room we thought we'd booked and asked at reception if there was the option to upgrade. We managed to upgrade to the newly renovated villas for a small extra fee but it worth every penny. Location was perfect. We've visited Playa Blanca before but we stayed closer to Playa Blanca beach, so it was nice to visit the other side of the resort. The water park being accessible onsite was a total win for us. We frequently visited during our stay and have so many fab stories. Plenty of choice at the buffets, with different themes most nights. We did eat out a few times as thats what we like to do on holiday but when we did eat at the hotel we didnt struggle for choice. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of space around the pool for sunbeds and didnt struggle getting 4 together, even being late risers and not getting to the pool until nearly 11. Little tip, if the snack bar at the pool doesn't serve enough for you, head to the water park as their snack bar choice seems better. That was our preference. Overall had a wonderful time and would recommend the Style villas if you want a bit of luxury and space.

Fantastic entertainment.. great staff. Especially Alexandra who was very friendly. Lovely pool area and food was good. There was lots of choice. Plenty of sunbeds too!

Een mooi complex met een geweldig animatie team Fire show was amazing and also the circus They are very enthousiastic with both adults and children

Animation team really did a great job of keeping children and adults entertained! Evening shows were good too
Animation team experience
The animation team are excellent here! They have loads of activities throughout the day for kids and adults. Special mention to the fire show team, great show! The team are not pushy or in your face but have a great energy and are approachable. Would highly recommend if you have kids or young teenagers to entertain.
