Playa Blanca's harbour, with its beautiful promenade, is just 1 km away. The city centre is just 2 km from the complex. This complex comprises stunningly-designed accommodation options. The complex features the Aqualava Waterpark, which is sure to please guests of all ages. The complex also provides a lobby bar, as well as a supermarket and a games room.

Good experience apart from the initial room
We went as a family of four to this resort, we arrived late at night and we're pretty tired but we were welcomed by the desk staff and given or room key promptly. We got to the room as this is were things went downhill. The room was what I can only describe as abnormally run down, there was stains running down the bedroom wall from the air conditioning machine which had obviously taken a long time to make the stain. The children's beds were 2 little sofa's with terrible cushioning and we're not comfortable at all. The doors were all stained with black filth and there was an adjoined door to the next villa. I could hear every conversation and all the toilet habits through all of the walls (This is not me being picky,it was genuinely that bad). We complained instantly and was told we could upgraded for an extra £300 for the duration of the holiday otherwise we would have to out up with it. My partner an I inspected the room offered and and it was like night and day, the room was immaculate well positioned on the site so we reluctantly paid the money to stay there ( these rooms should be standard on the whole resort by default) .and I would recommend no one stay there unless you have one of these rooms. I'm pleased to say after this fiasco we thought enjoyed or stay and holiday. The food was more than adequate for all inclusive and my 2 children who can be fussy eaters ate the most I have ever seen them eat. The 3 small pools ( one is a children's splash pool) we're clean and enough for anyone. The big bonus of this resort was of course free access every day into the water which is connected to the resort,whilst the water is not huge it kept my children entertained and wanting to go back each day (which we did). The staff were happy and helpful and I can't complaining really about anything apart from the poor quality rooms we were originally put into. On a further note I was told by other people who were also placed into those rooms that they seem to be reserved for jet 2 customers or British people. Everyone we spoke to had also upgraded the same day into the better villa's. I do stress do not go unless you have the new refurbished villa's as you will be hugely disappointed.
Super holiday
The entertainment team is lovely kate simone and mary jane give everything to maje you enjoy your holiday the fure sgow abd yhe circus show are lovely during the day tgey proposed many activities for kuds and adult you will be not desapointed
Worth a stay
A clean and well presented resort. The access to the small waterpark was great for my 13yr old. Food was good and the service by the staff was friendly and efficient.
Did the job!
We’ve just arrived back after a lovely week here. Would we return? Probably not, mainly because of the location. It’s around an hour’s walk to Marina Rubicón and the main shops and restaurants, although a taxi from the hotel was only €6.50 each way. We would personally prefer to stay closer to that area.
The hotel staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Anything we asked for was dealt with quickly, such as an extra pillow being delivered while we were out. The entertainment team work very hard, and having the water park included was a great bonus. It isn’t huge, but it was perfect for our 7-year-old, who also really enjoyed the kids’ club.
The food was fresh and lovely, although repetitive, as is often the case with all-inclusive hotels. The spirits were unfortunately awful, and drinks lacked consistency, often tasting different each time. Soft drinks were self-service, which was good, although they could sometimes be flat or watery. We were glad we took our Stanley cups as only small paper cups were provided.
Our biggest disappointment was the evening entertainment. Everything was indoors and, in our opinion, felt like a cheap UK caravan park. The kids’ disco was exactly the same every night, with the same songs in the same order, and the other entertainment was poor. It was also extremely hot inside, with no air conditioning.
The rooms were basic but clean and had everything needed, including a small kitchen. The beds were okay, but the rooms are looking tired and could do with updating. We booked through Jet2, who advertised air conditioning, but this was only in the bedroom. As our daughter slept in the living area, it became warm and stuffy. We asked the rep for a fan due to the misleading information but were told this wasn’t possible.
My partner used the gym and felt it was a safety risk, with frayed cables, trip hazards, broken machines, no staff present and no air conditioning.
The hotel itself was kept clean, with cleaning staff always around. More bins around the pool would help though, as cups were often blowing around during the day.
Overall, it is what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, but the location and evening entertainment mean we personally wouldn’t return.

Super holiday
Excellent location, the staff are very good and friendly. The animation team are excellent with the children the fire show eas exceptional. Happy birthday Katie. Katie was brilliant with our son and made his holiday very special.
