Don’t bother if you have little ones or have high normal standards

1. Room is filthy, we arrived and hairs all on the sink,toilet and shower. Floors were disgusting to walk on I had to buy cleaning wipes to clean myself. My feet wrre black and bits everywhere on the floor was vile CLEANERS NEED TO BE TAUGHT HOW TO CLEAN.
2. Mould in the bedroom I have a baby.
3. Food - not good choice especially for little ones she struggled and ate nothing as all the option was for little ones was pasta and some awful runny red sauce with it not even my 14 month old wanted it.
4. Bar staff very rude, not very welcoming at all. Food staff very nice
5. we had be told by guests they had the same issues and they upgraded for 50 euros a night for the nice ones and they asked what’s the difference and the staff told them more modern and more cleaner!!!! So this hotel is fully aware how disgusting the cleanliness is here
6. Cockroach’s in the rooms!!!
7. Entertainment is poor and cheap - it’s the entertainment staff doing the entertainment all week so no outsiders coming in to give you a good show
8. Not enough parasols - especially when you need them for your little ones - you can only claim one if you join in with the reserving sunbed professionals at stupid o clock.
9. Snack bar is poor if you’re happy with just burger and hotdogs all day every week and some soggy onion rings
10. Pour your own pint more like pour your own froth
11. Photographs bothering you every night for a photo and when you say no they get really offended and come across rude

DO NOT RECOMMENED AT ALL FOR THE PRICE very disappointed and will not be returning to Lanzarote again.

We had a wonderful time here, highly recommend, if I had anything bad to say it would be that the kids menu needs either a chicken nugget or something my very picky son would eat for dinner on the menu. That and the WiFi needs some love as it's a bit sporadic as to if it will connect or not.. Yeah I know these are very minor problems but that's a reflection on how good the place was, many pools the aqua park was also fun. The animations team were wonderful, Simone, Kate and Alexander were great fun hosts and the shows the team put on during the week were great productions too A solid 9/10 for us.

Nice place, nice reception staff. We arrived at the hotel at 21.50 on the 29/06/26 by the time we checked in it was gone 22.00 and no food or drinks were available for us. We had to make our way to Playa Blanca to try and find food after a long day travel. By the time we arrived in playa blanca it was 23.00. Ridiculous. Air conditioning stopped working and the smoke alarm In our bedroom on 2 separate occasions was beeping. They came to fix but put another faulty battery in. the evening bar staff were very very rude. We decided to go out at nights rather have to deal with the ignorant staff behind the bar. It appeared they did not like English people and they made it very clear. You could say thank you in Spanish , English and they would ignore you. They made you feel wrong for asking for a drink. Loved the resort and the area, but quite clear we were not welcome. Would not recommend this to family or friends.
