Excellent Stay As Always
stay as always. From arrival to departure the hotel is amazing. Staff are so friendly. Food is excellent also.
Great hotel, Great Staff and Great Food
This was our second visit after a fantastic holiday in Sept 2025 and it certainly lived up to our expectations. From arrival to departure (2 weeks later) it was a relaxing holiday with very friendly staff. Special mention to Anthony the lifeguard who was very chatty and funny (and if he is complimented by the Management team, I am the person who insisted I put up my own parasol after he showed me how to wrap the long cord around the pole). Anthony is a credit to your team.
The hotel is clean throughout and our room was always cleaned to a high standard and the nightly turn down service and chocolates were greatly appreciated.
We stayed on a B&B board and there are 3 restaurants open for breakfast each with a staggered opening time. There is an Adults only A la Carte breakfast in Isla de Lobos which is waiter service and the food is cooked just for you but it does incur a 15 euro person charge. The views from the outside tables are amazing and well worth the extra charge. After that we chose La Hacienda as we enjoyed the chance to have a seat near to the open air albeit still under cover. The food choices were excellent although the croissants were a bit over cooked most days.
We also had a fantastic evening meals in Don Giovanni with the Courtyard, a quiet and pleasant setting: the Isla de Lobos which had a great atmosphere and serves fantastic food. Special mention to the Kampai (Japanese) restaurant as that was again a great setting, with a vibrant atmosphere and although we did not sit at the show cooking stations, we were well entertained watching the chefs.
The location of the hotel gives you the option to walk to and from either the Marina or Town and across the walkway there is a lovely sandy beach. Whilst we had a couple of minor room issues, no sooner had we reported them, a technician was sent to sort out and resolve the problems so well done to the Team.
So in summary this is a stunning hotel, ideally situated in the resort with well furnished rooms and comfy beds and most important of all, staff who go the extra mile to enable you to have a great holiday.

5" without a shadow of doubt, amazing amazing.
What can we say only we have had the most amazing holiday ever, this hotel is absolutely 5" all the way . From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a big smile, cases taken off us and actually were seated to be checked in with a very welcoming drink of choice. We did send an email 3 weeks before we arrived asking for a high floor sun facing in late afternoon as were always more comfortable high up , sadly we had 2nd floor C block which was beautiful but that would have been the icing on the cake. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was so accommodating with whatever was needed, although very little as everything was there. The delivery lady of water was very early in the morning, well for us as when we're on holiday wee like to sleep later so a few mornings we missed our bottled water. Again a very memorable holiday and we will be definitely be back so hopefully this hotel can accommodate our high rise floor as we will be requesting it by email and hopefully we will get it. Football school the icing on a very pleasing cake
We arrived with great excitement due to our eight-year old having been infected by World Cup fever over the summer and so the two-hours a day soccer camp run by Scott and Gary was a hugely rewarding additional ingredient - two hours a day of expert football coaching before the heat had really had the chance to get up. Although it was still pretty toasty. What a boon these guys are for the hotel. Every day they were there waiting for the intake of youngsters, girls and boys. It was a brilliant way to start each day, with parents given the chance to have a couple of hours to themselves although it was also pleasurable simply to sit in the sun and watch. The wooden-beamed splendour of the hotel is also hugely recommended - breakfasts were a treat, the two mains swimming pools provided hours of fun each day for young and old and the Japanese restaurant, Kampai, was a standout. This was our sixth visit. We will be back for more football and sun.

Super friendly and spacious
For context, this was our first holiday abroad with young children (5, 8). The weather was spot on for enjoying the pools and nearby beach. The hotel felt massive and spacious - we were in the family oriented D-block. The kids loved the hotel's pools and were able to find food they enjoyed from the breakfast and dinner buffets. They also loved the soft play and activities in the Capitanpark kids club (part of the hotel, though accessed via an external walkway). My main suggestion would be providing free activities in the games room, rather than those needing credits (usually €1). This room felt lifeless as a result. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for families and we had an amazing time.
