Rooms are divided in 2 customer orienteted areas, Family and Relax area that provides the best experience for each visitor. Each room is fully equipped with the last technology that allow our clients to open the doors digitally, have a High Quality Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, Safe, Minibar, Smart TV with Cromecast and the best comfortable mattresses.
Healthy is another pillar of our mission, therefore we have elaborate a full range of different dishes that combines all specialities with one common ingredient, the local products. For all, for Vegans, for Vegetarian, for any kind of allergy, but with the aim to create great moments to be combined with the flexibility that you desire to have during your holidays

An honest review
We changed to this hotel around a fortnight before our holiday as our original hotel had major construction work going on in the vicinity. First the pros. The hotel is central for both the Marina and the town itself. It's set in stunning grounds and with the Family Space and Realx areas being separated, it seemed to suit most guests. We had a ground floor room which was spotlessly clean and spacious. We opted not to have the room cleaned daily and were given vouchers for 2 free drinks a day -water/soft drink/1/2 pint beer. for the duration of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Shower gel and shampoo was provided as was a powerful hairdryer. There was adequate storage space including a wardrobe and drawers. There was a patio table and 2 chairs on the terrace and a small clothes dryer for swimwear. The swimming pool is large but not very deep. There was always plenty of sun loungers at all times and they all had plenty of space around them. Drinks could be ordered from the beds and collected at the pool bar. As we like to wander off site in the evenings we liked the credit system where you're given 30 Euros pp per day to spend at the hotel's restaurants/bars. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and empty trays were soon replenished. The only thing I missed was the occasional sausage/baked beans. We didn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening but did dine at Lamesa twice. The food on the first visit was beautifully cooked and presented. We weren't quite do lucky the second time. Hubby's steak was undercooked for a medium, with lots of blood on the plate. My chicken stir fry was very salty. I didn't complain, but did mention that fact and they offered to cook me another meal. It was busy there and I didn't want to wait any longer, so refused their gesture. We were given a free liquer coffee as compensation.All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. The cons -and there aren't many. The hotel is a good 15-20 mins walk from any pubs/restaurants. There is a public walkway outside the terraces, so while enjoying on your patio, you'd have people passing by. This didn't bother us, but it's something to consider. I didn't like the idea of being able to see someone sitting on the toilet from the bed. It's ok if your with your partner, but could be a bit awkward if you're with a friend. Evening entertainment could have been better for a 4* hotel. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday. Would we stay again? Most definitely at the right price.

Lovely hotel for everyone
We all absolutely loved this hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, the facilities and the credit system were outstanding.
We travelled as a family of four - with two teenagers and honestly feel the hotel made the holiday.
The only issues/improvements we could suggest to make the place faultless would be a change to the layout of the room. The lack of privacy particularly for the toilet can be problematic. Also the quality and choice at breakfast could be better.
Neither of these issues would stop us coming again - we all had a wonderful time, thank you ☺️

Another lovely stay !
Love it here. Our third visit. It’s a very chilled relaxed hotel. Liked the new online wallet system. Reception staff extremely helpful and hotel spotlessly clean. A special thanks to the double act Sergio and Joan Carlo in Lamesa restaurant for their amazing customer service and for making our evenings so enjoyable. We will be back !

Great hotel, 2nd stay here and would definitely go back again. Clean, friendly staff, always good breakfast & drinks. Good location, spacious rooms & comfy beds.
The Perfect Balance of Family Fun & Pure Relaxation! (10-Night Family Stay)
Overall Verdict: We had an absolutely wonderful stay here with our 8-year-old daughter. The hotel perfectly balances a relaxed, chilled-out ambiance with great family-friendly spaces. If you want a holiday where you can actually wind down while keeping a child entertained, this is the place. Highly recommended!
The Vibe & Clever Layout
The standout feature of Mynd Yaiza is its layout. By splitting the hotel into a family zone and a relax zone, they’ve managed to create the perfect atmosphere. We were able to have plenty of active, fun times with our daughter, but could also retreat and enjoy the genuinely peaceful, quiet side of the resort. 🛏️ The Room: Triple Room with Bali Bed We stayed in a triple room which had more than enough space for the three of us.
- The Bathroom: Modern, clean, and lovely.
- The Terrace: The highlight was definitely the private terrace featuring a Bali bed—perfect for chilling out in the afternoon.
- Eco-friendly cleaning perk: Rooms are cleaned daily, but you can opt for every-other-day cleaning in exchange for credits added directly to your flexible half-board account. It’s a brilliant incentive!
💳 The Genius of "Flexible Half Board" We stayed for 10 nights, and this system worked incredibly well for us. We ate out for dinner 4 times and had lunch elsewhere 4 times. Because of how the credit system works, we didn’t have to pay a single extra penny for drinks the entire time (and we still enjoyed soft drinks, daytime coffees, and a couple of beers/cocktails in the evening).
- Tip: It essentially functions like an all-inclusive if you manage it well. It is incredibly good value for money as long as you don't go wildly overboard.
🍽️ Food & Drink Breakdown
- Breakfast (Open until 11:30 AM!): A fantastic, fresh, and healthy selection. Everything from fresh fruit and healthy options to perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. High-quality produce throughout.
- Lunch: Once you get the hang of ordering it as a takeaway, the pool-side lunch system works great. Excellent quality pizzas, chicken fingers, burgers, and toasties.
- The Buffet Restaurant: Good quality, though like any buffet, it can feel a bit like a "mish-mash" of different foods on one plate. For the three of us, a dinner here with drinks usually came to about €80 of our board credit. Super convenient since you don't need to book.
- The À la Carte Restaurant: A must-try! We ate here once and had a beautiful three-course meal with a bottle of wine. The quality was definitely superior to the buffet and cost us €100 of our credit. In hindsight, we wish we had booked this more often!
📍 Location & Playa Blanca Playa Blanca itself is beautiful, clean, and wonderfully laid-back. The hotel is ideally situated just a 10-minute walk to the main promenade and beach.
- Dining nearby: If you turn one way along the front, you'll find a great selection of quality, sea-view restaurants that are slightly cheaper.
- The Marina: If you head toward the marina, it’s slightly pricier but beautiful. We paid about €100 for a lovely three-course meal including a bottle of wine for the two adults and a child's meal.
✨ Final Thoughts From the quality of the produce to the gorgeous design and peaceful setting, Mynd Yaiza delivered a truly relaxing family holiday. We would return in a heartbeat!
