Fantastic quiet hotel with great character!
Fantastic quiet hotel! First impressions were great. The entrance hall and the reception were superb. Very efficient reception staff. Nice to be greeted with a glass of cava and then somebody show us to our room. The bedroom was a great size and a big bathroom. Had extra special touches, robes and slippers. Also great to have a water and ice machine in the corridor to use. Very comfy big beds too. There is no shortage of pool areas with lots of sunbeds to chose from. Lovely restaurant for breakfast with everything you need. The hotel is in a great location at the back of the marina. Lots of restaurants and bars in the marina. Playa Blanca resort centre a 20 minute walk away along the promenade. All the staff in this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The staff in the Los Jamos Bar were very good and the bar was run efficiently by the guy in charge. We would definitely return to this hotel as had a fantastic relaxing holiday.
An excellent hotel
We have just returned from another visit to the wonderful Volcan Hotel and we are already looking forward to going back for Christmas and the New Year. Why do we like this hotel so much ? - it is a stunning building and it is in an excellent location. The staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It is becoming our second home ! Thank you to everyone.
A Perfect Stay, Once Again
Title: A Wonderful Stay, Once Again
This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel, this time again with our parents, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was just perfect for us. The hotel is stunning, the pool area beautiful, and the food at the buffet truly excellent. We also really enjoyed the lovely evening music and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were always spotless, and the service throughout the hotel was wonderful. A special thank you to Mercedes in the restaurant, who took such warm and thoughtful care of us. She really made us feel welcome. 💓
We had another fantastic holiday and will definitely be back.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at
The Livvo hotel on Lanzarote is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing. The room l was in was georgous. I've never stayed in a room like it. I even had a separate area for sitting with a coffee table. I also had an outside seating area. Every day my bed was made for me. I had clean towels every day. Also my room and bathroom was cleaned. Theres a fridge, tea making things and eveyday it was replenished. The is also a hairdryer and a safe. The room also had fantastic aircon that worked wonderfully. Not far from my room there was 1machine that gave fizzy, cold and normal water and another machine that you could get ice from. There is so much more that l could praise the hotel for l would be here for hours. Just take it from me everything was great great great and I'm definitely going back.
A very good hotel
Beautiful hotel with good facilities and very good location near to marina and a few good restaurants General areas very clean and comfortable Reception staff and porters excellent Bedroom very good and always made up very well and fixtures good Think bathroom could be updated a little with more modern shower(maybe walk in( Swimming pools very good and the heated ones were good for us Breakfasts good and choice of food good I would recommend the hotel for a safe and relaxing holiday Surrounding areas good for walking and nearby beach good Easy to walk to Playa Blanca
