Relaxing stay.
Arrived just after 9pm and were taken to the dining room before it closed to allow us a hot meal before we completed check-in. Friendly reception and glass of cava then followed check-in. We stayed for one week, all-inclusive, in a deluxe suite -room 180 and I couldn’t fault it. There was even a bottle of cava and some chocolates in our suite with a welcome note. Sunbeds on a shady terrace and access to a quiet, heated pool and a drinks dispensing machine. We had read reviews and thought we would eat out frequently but found the food to be much better than previous reviews had suggested. It was varied, plentiful and we always found something to enjoy. And most of it was hot! Waiting staff were prompt and friendly and the wine was decent. Had a meal in the Italian and although the service was excellent, we actually preferred the buffet. We always took a walk after dinner, so can’t comment on entertainment but there was always something on in the evenings. We preferred the Sirocco bar for a nightcap and a proper glass. Drinks were good quality - can recommend the mango daiquiri! Housekeeping staff were excellent and our room was always refreshed after breakfast each day. All in all, our holiday proved good value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed both the hotel and Playa Blanca. H10 White Suites and its great staff gave us a thoroughly relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Wouldn't recommend!
It was an alright hotel by the looks of it at the front, but wasn't the best once in a few days into the holiday. Was all inclusive so on arrival as it was late getting checked in there was meant to be a mini bar full with a different deflection of drinks & snacks, there wasn't. Went to speak to reception about this & got told "it'll get done in the morning" it was late at night so just left it and was expected to be in the fridge in the morning. Got to 6pm at night & still nothing, had to go down and mention it again & got told "will happen soon" eventually the next again morning it did. Buffet food in the restaurant was very cold most nights & not the best selection. The staff weren't the friendliest at all (except from a few- mostly at the pool bar) & the service for drinks etc in the restaurant was so slow had to ask multiple times. The room air corn was so bad & in the other section of the room the aircon wouldn't even turn on and was missing half the device to sort it. Asked at reception if someone could come & see about it to be fixed as the room was so warm! About 5 hours later got a fan dumped at the door without anyone even coming for a look at the aircon that was broken. The warm pool is not very clean at all, the green stuff off the side of the pool walls was actually coming off and coming into the pool floating around. Reception staff weren't bothered at all about you, if complaining or asking questions etc, wanted you away asap and was very short & snappy except from one lady who was lovely!
Wouldn't recommend here for another person, spend your money elsewhere!
Shower Flooding Smelling of Sewage
First night we checked in and after showering the area flooded at the drain couldn’t take the water way, reported to reception and they sent the maintenance man, he told us it was mended lol but we had to call reception and ask for a cleaner to come now .. second night same happened, and again the third night.. reported it again and asked for a cleaner to was the shower outlet as sewage had flowed up … so I presume we just have to put up with it until we check out on Thursday … construction men are present around the resort as they hotel are upgrading the apartments not we weren’t told this so we have banging every work day .. food not good so we’re eating out .. should have gone B&B instead is HB … HB means we pay for the drinks .. but it’s up to the staff as others wears the same band are getting their drinks free … they really need to pay like the rest of us …never again £2k later for a week what a disappointment

Yes I would go back
This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The whole complex is clean and well maintained. We stayed in room 264, the room is clean and spacious. The bed is massive and very comfortable with a fan above the bed. The rooms receive lots of natural light and when the sun goes down you have plenty of options. The bathrooms have everything you need but the hairdryer is not powerful enough for my hair type. All the food options were varied, well cooked. We were all inclusive and could not fault the food. This is a no smoking hotel but there are plenty of designated areas for you to smoke. The pools are lovely and just enough for the size of hotel. They do not allow inflatables which was a shame as I love my floating hammock but it did not spoil the holiday. The sunbeds are so comfy with thick padded cushions. The location of the hotel is perfect, you have the town which is a 10min walk and the harbour which is the same in the other direction. Both are definitely worth a visit. We really could not find fault with this hotel, would have stayed longer if we could have worked out the logistics. The staff are all wonderful and so helpful from start to finish . I would 100% recommendation for adults only venture. It’s such a chilled place with lots to do if you choose or the option to just relax. The spa is also worth a visit and is great value for money.

Superb Hotel, Staff and Location
Excellent hotel Superb, helpful and friendly staff across all aspects Great location just 5 min walk to beach and 10 mins to the Marina Rooms are excellent and spacious Adults only was very welcome
