We are currently at the hotel. This is our 3rd visit. The first time we came music was on. Some entertainment came on in the afternoon, aqua aerobics and steel drums. Now its completely silent, no entertainment no background music. The food WAS great, the salad bar especially, this has now shrunk in size and the food is cold. Lots of fish and shell fish that I can't have due to allergy. Not much cooked meat available thats shrunk too. The standard suite is spacious and the bed is comfy, however its not the cleanest. The shower base needs a scrub. The complimentary fridge stock has not materialised either. The swimming pools are cold but maintained well. The areas around the pool has been replaced and looks good. The staff are wonderful especially Omar in the outdoor bar and Powla in the restaurant. We are enjoying the holiday but not sure if its worth the money now.

Nearly Perfect
PROS We had such a lovely holiday 2 yrs ago decided to revisit 8th Oct. Upgraded this time to poolside room. Beautiful suite kept spotless by housekeeping. We received a warm welcome. All staff smiley Drinks are all branded although some cocktails came at a premium. Would have like a little more music round the pool during the day. A shout out to Roxanne on reception who responded very friendly & quickly to my early emails regarding food allergies.
CONS Except breakfast food was not labelled for gluten. My husband had to check with Chefs everything. No gf pasta in buffet or Italian restaurant. (5 mins in boiling water is all it would take.). Also limited choice (2 then became 1 after 2 days) of gf dessert kept hidden away in the kitchen. 9 pm closing for main restaurant too early. Pool innersides need attention for mould & algae.
Another wonderful week at White Suites!
This is our third consecutive visit to H10 White Suites and it won’t be our last! From the moment you check in you are greeted like family. The waitresses and bar staff always remember you - they are so friendly and very efficient. We had a deluxe suite which was definitely worth the extra cost. Food is of a very good standard, and there is always plenty of freshly cooked fish and meat on offer. The drinks are excellent - serving the top brands. Sun loungers are plentiful and very comfortable with thick cushions. We had such a wonderful week - so relaxing and intimate, we can’t wait to return!

Lost count of number of visits here. Possibly 25. The room arranged by Jhoan was lovely as always. Spotless at all times. Drinks are exceptional quality and plentiful. Pool and all areas kept immaculate. Food is fine always something I like. Visited the Italian one night which is very nice. Entertainment has been better but I suppose that’s a matter of taste. Silvia in the pool bar and Maloud are always the best . Thank you jhoan for the professional way you deal with guests.

A quiet peaceful haven
Thank you so much for all the hard work of your staff. This is our 2nd visit this year and we just love the high standard of service. The room is perfect. The selection of food excellent and any problems we have encountered have been resolved without any fuss.
I have recommended your hotel to all my friends. Three have booked a stay already and will be here next week.
I cannot express how your consistent service and helpfulness is valued. Its been a difficult 6 months due to illness and on my first visit in June, I was not well enough to leave the hotel and explore Playa Blanca. The hotel was a sanctuary. Once again illness limits my exploration but knowing where I would be staying made the holiday possible.
