Faultless
From the minute we arrived until we left we could not find fault with either the hotel or the staff. Rooms were immaculate, bar and restaurant staff were exceptional. Pool area immaculately clean, sun beds available without having to fight for them. Premium branded drinks. Good entertainment, especially The Gentlemen of the Road. Will definitely return.

Amazing
We have just returned home from a fantastic 2 week stay at Timanfaya Palace having stayed previously 2 years ago. We certainly were not disappointed this is a great hotel superbly run with absolutely amazing staff. You can have a great hotel in a great location but the staff make the holiday experience special so a massive thank you to each and every one of you. To see Jose during the breakfast service chatting to the visitors to the ladies giving out chocolate to the rooms.. all so happy to help and so friendly. We had a superior sea view room 352 and to be so close to the ocean and just hear the waves was special. The room was great so no complaints at all. The food was varied and regularly refreshed and we found there was always a great choice, our wine was waiting for us on our normal table which was a nice touch, we booked the Kasbah restaurant once per week and the service and food here were exceptional so well worth doing. We were AI and the drink variety was better than most places I’ve seen. We met some lovely people and had a wonderful relaxing break so thank you all.

Really enjoyable visit
We have just returned from a lovely week's stay in July. I booked this holiday as a surprise for my partner's 30th birthday and it certainly didn't disappoint! We were greeted with a bottle of cava in our room on arrival, which was a thoughtful touch.
We decided to upgrade to the Privilege package when we arrived and we was so pleased we did. The additional benefits really enhanced our stay, particularly the room upgrade.
Unfortunately, I became slightly unwell during our holiday but this was nothing to do with the hotel. I had simply burnt myself out before we arrived. As a result, we didn't get the chance to try the à la carte restaurant because I didn't have much of an appetite. However, the buffet offered an excellent variety of food throughout our stay and we especially enjoyed having lunch at the pool bar.
The outdoor pool was on the cooler side but it was very refreshing and the perfect way to cool off after spending time in the sun. The Privilege upgrade also gave us access to the heated indoor pool, although we didn't end up using it as we preferred being outdoors.
The drinks were of a really high standard, with premium spirits included and a great selection of delicious cocktails. Mikes coffee shop was really tasty, the strawberry and banana smoothie was my favourite and the carrot cake.
The evening entertainment was to a high standard, our favourite night was Gentleman of the Road, a very good duo! Great songs and good entertainment.
A big thank you to all the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We hope to return again one day.

We had a fabulous time in this hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Polite and professional. Our room was very spacious plenty of hangers for clothes. Fresh towels every day room service was excellent. The food in the buffet was excellent standard and a great variety for all tastes. The drinks were all branded and plentiful. The restuarant beside the pools was excellent also. Staff were so attentive. The à la carte restaurant was very special too. There were plenty of sunbeds The entertainment is for all tastes plus the piano bar was lovely and relaxing Staff work extremely hard.
