There is nothing wrong with this Hotel it does what it says on the tin. Rooms where tidy and clean. The maids come round nearly every day apart from Thursday and Sunday towels changed regularly. A five minute walk to Aldi,shop on site was reasonable. Happy hour at the pool bar is between 5pm to 6pm buy one get one free, be there on time as sometimes the staff can disappear for about 10 to 15 minutes after 6pm you will be charged full price but it's still reasonable. Beach is about 10 minute walk away where you will find lots of shops bars and restaurants. We went for a day out to the Purto Del Carmen on the bus 2.35 euros each way takes about 40 minutes bus number 166. We have been back less than a month and already booked again to go back next year.

The good: Location. Perfect! 10 min walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the town. 20 minute walk to the marina. 20 minute walk to the bus garage to get buses to the other areas on the island. 30 minutes from the airport so a great transfer time! It has an Aldi across the road! Staff. Lovely. Always smiling. Always polite. Nothing was too much trouble. very friendly and cheery! Food: we had the buffet breakfast. The hot food was hot! There was LOTS of choice! Apartments: good size. Beds in the bedroom were comfortable and that room had air con. Each had a balcony. They were cleaned daily and towels and bedding replaced as and when you asked. Kitchen was stocked with all you needed. Pool: It was cold (october) but once in it was nice. A welcome from the heat. Sunbed wars were not a thing. There was plenty available all day. There were 2 pools and 2 kids pools as well as a pool with water slides. Kids loved it. Poolside bar served drinks and food from 10:30am. Prices were great, especially happy hour from 5-6pm. The bad: Entertainment. other than the pools there was no entertainment for the kids. Nothing poolside. Inflatables and balls were not permitted in any pools. For adults there was the odd thing on at night, but it wad dead. Everyone went to town. Apartment: The living room was advertised as having a double sofa bed. It was not. It was 2 couches, with a cover on it. They did not extend into a sofa bed. Information: The hotel provides little information to the guests. They couldnt tell me about any excurtions, what entertainment was on and they didnt tell us where anything was on arrival like the gym, indoor pool etc. I would recommend the hotel. And i would go back. Possibly in the summer and def book 2 bedrooms!

There are a lot of positive things about this hotel despite being a budget hotel. The pool area is amazing. There are 2 large outdoor pools and 3 children’s areas with various water features, there is also an indoor pool for adults with a jacuzzi and gym. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. We had a terrace room overlooking the pool and it was convenient and very central, we could sit out on a morning with our cuppa and enjoy the view. The rooms are suitable for self catering which is what we did. The rooms have all you need, kettle, hob, microwave and limited cutlery. There is a small shop on site and an Aldi just past the neighbouring hotel. The rooms are a little tired in places but very clean, the whole hotel was clean. There is a poolside bar which does snacks and food and drink are reasonably priced. There is also an indoor bar for entertainment on the lower level but most people go to the town for its many attractions. Check in was not until 3pm so we had a little wait after our arrival but there was an area to leave luggage and get changed so you can start your holiday straight away. It is around a 10-12 min walk to the sea and beach but the hotel is very central. It would benefit from a rear gate being unlocked to save the walk around the complex, this would knock 5 mins off the walk. You will have to pay a deposit for use of the safe, TV and air con remote. This holiday cost us £850 each for two weeks with jet2 and I would not hesitate to come back again. Many people were regular guest who come every year. There is daily entertainment/ activities around the pool and a kids disco at night with the most delightful activities co-ordinator. Do note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the pool so don’t pack them or buy any, you will be stopped from using them. If you want a quieter room there are many hidden little areas that are private and away from the hustle and bustle.
