WORTH A VISIT
There are many positive reviews for the hotel which cannot be disputed, hence some comments for the management.
- The room shower would benefit from the fitment of a grab rail for safety.
- Additional coat hangers would be useful in the wardrobe.
- The Royal Level would benefit from a dedicated bar and lounge rather than the current ad-hoc arrangement based around the restaurant. A lounge located in the area around the pool bar could be a solution.

Bike getaway
Great holiday, fantastic hotel, amazing food & drink. Can't praise the staff high enough for their attention to detail, warmth and sheer first class service. A special shout out to Sofia and Uxia at the Mexican, food at the main buffet restaurant really good, breakfast at the Magical was great but unfortunately not impressed at the evening meal poor steaks with being just fat which I hate to say because I do love the hotel.

Another Great stay
Another great stay at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make the stay memorable. Special thanks to Laura & Monika on RL reception; Zizo & Carmen from the Animation team. Laia and all the staff in the Magical restaurant. The cleaning team who are non-stop all day. Thank you and see you all again in November.

Royal level experience
Location is fantastic = everything you want on your doorstep. Hotel is absolutely amazing, we stayed royal level, room was spotless, everything you need was in the room , our view was looking onto the royal level restaurant sea view and we had the sun in the afternoon perfect. No sunbed wars at royal level there are plenty. I preferred the grass area by the bar rather than the pool. Food great, didn't quite get the timeslots but we went when we were ready and never any bother. AI drinks Royal level top notch all the staff at the bar brilliant. Entertainment in the day Zizo was brilliant with his limited agenda , other adult only hotels have darts , archery, rifle shooting, French bowls , here definitely not , but Zizo kept us entertained. Best aqua aerobics sessions All the hotel staff were beyond lovely. The music around the pool area and restaurant was awful it drove us to buy headphones no one needs piano music pop songs all day, just play the actual songs. Night Entertainment in the theatre was great loved all the acts just ashame about the line for drinks I would definitely book again , fabulous experience fabulous staff fabulous food. Just work on entertaining adults nit cancel making or painting something active. I know they did darts on the other side but no offence didn't want to play with children, adults only for a reason 🤣 All in all 1 line summary best hotel in playa I've stayed in and stayed in 3 other adult only all inclusive
Good Hotel let down by poor attention to detail
Lovely hotel in good location but a number of factors let it down. To arrive early and watch other guests who arrive after you being allocated rooms whilst you wait for hours for yours is frustrating. Whats worse is when one complains is for ones complaint to be dismissed in a rude, inflexible and off hand manner (whilst other guests behind you are still getting allocated rooms!). Royal Level swimming pool was well heated in previous visits but seemed unheated this time. Food quality in the Magical Restaurant was of mixed quality this visit. Breakfast is excellent but the evening meal more variable quality and service. We sent two meals back and our orders were forgotten twice. Rooms are good but standard of daily service is variable. dirty cups left replaced and some areas of room cleaning missed. Entertainment is generally poor quality.
