THB Lanzarote Beach

Hotel Central to Everything, Atmosphere Buzzing. Rooms excellent.

The staff at Reception could not have been more lovely and helpful in every way. Petra, Mary, Alexis and Tobias are just the most caring staff. The Restaurant staff so lovely. The Activities during the day brought everyone together. Lots of Laughter and making memories. Danny what can I say. You are the person who brings us all together and friendships made forever. Danny uou just make peoples Holidays.

We stayed at the THB Lanzarote beach between the 10th to the 20th September. This was our 9th visit and have witnessed the recent changes in ownership. Things seem to be settling having gone through a few changes in service expected with new management. What remains constant is it's exceptional staff from on arrival Tobias on reception, goes out of his way to help and make you feel welcome. The pool bar Amaria, ( hope I've spelt her name right) who greeted us and our friends on the first morning with hugs and our drinks from memory (6 months since our last visit) Azis, the chef in the pool bar who is so friendly and also remembered what we like for breakfast, and Ramone. The bar staff, Marcus, Abdul (sick at the moment due to an accident but still called in to see us) Jean-Paul, Chimma, Edwardo and Augustine again amazingly they all make a big thing of seeing you again and remember what you drink. The hotel is located perfectly at the heart of the resort and is very user friendly especially for those with disabilities. A great pool and ample sunbeds, no worries over sunbed wars. We always upgrade to all inclusive it suits our needs, and in the main restaurant it's the usual all inclusive choices and you will always find something for all tastes. The food is well presented and this time the food was hot. The pool bar is where we choose to go for a late breakfast meeting our friends, this is only for all inclusive guests and this is where the changes made are not for the better. It's a very restricted menu however in THBs defence there aren't many who use the service and to put lots of cooked food would see lots of waist. The Director Natalia informed us it's their intention to create a breakfast menu so you can order from it and your food will be cooked to order, hopefully this will be in place when we go back April 2027. The rooms remain comfortable and clean although this time the room wasn't mopped every day like previous visits. In March this year the entertainment had been reduced to 3 nights a week which my wife complained to the director about, this has been taken on board and in September it was back to 5 nights with karaoke the other 2. Finally I must mention possibly the 2 hardest working individual's in Daniel and Rosemary the entertainment team. They are so positive and full of energy they are a credit to the THB group as are all those staff I have failed to mention. Paul, Lesley, Wez and Hillary. See you all soon

We had the most amazing holiday this year. Our 5th time to this hotel. We met people we now consider friends for life. Rooms cleaned daily. Friendly staff nothing too much. The Entertainers Dani & Rosemary work hard daily to entertain & include everyone in the activies, with so much laughter & light heartedness. The entertainment at night has gone downhill with Saturdays & Sundays a bit of a let down as you dont even have Dani or Rosemary. We were booked for another country entirely that we have visited for the last 20 years for summer 27, but had such a fabulous holiday we have changed our booking to return July 27 bringing our Son & Granddaughter for them to experience what we have. Hopefully the nighttime entertainment in the Brandywell will have improved over 7 nights & not just 5. Counting down to our return.
