I previously used to visit the hotel with my friend Liz when it was the Coronas Playa and the Radisson Blu. I visited last year twice as a solo visitor and this was my second visit this year. The staff without doubt are the most wonderful group of people I’ve ever met in my other hotel. Rooms are huge and stylish I always request rooms overlooking the top pool and the balconies get the sun most of the day. Food is excellent love my breakfast so many choices and dinner has a themed menu every evening. Thanks to all of you who made my stay so wonderful, with a very special mention to Caroline Juan and Oliver on reception, Nati and all in the dining room staff,Nadia at the pool bar who’s sunny personality just made you smile, and Rose who cleaned my room every day meticulously and always so friendly. Planning to return in April May next year and look forward to seeing you all again.

Fab hotel. Disappointing 60th Birthday.
This was my second holiday to this lovely hotel. Visited with my friend last December. This was my 10 day 60th birthday celebration with my husband.
We arrived at 9pm and told by receptionist just to go straight to the dining room and check in after our meal. No welcome cold drink, unfortunately, but we did buy one with dinner. The dining room experience is excellent in this hotel. Breakfasts have everything you could ever want and even cava every day. Evening meals are again very good with themed nights. We enjoyed all the food on offer. Staff are excellent in the dining room and always smiling. Nati and the team are excellent.
The room we booked was a sea view suite. It was a lovely room but probably not the best one as it was 507 and the entertainment was directly below it in the evenings. I was unwell on the evening of my 60th birthday and it was very unpleasant having loud music from below but it does finish by 10.30pm.
My husband had emailed the hotel to tell them it was my 60th birthday and we disappointingly just had a voucher put under our door for 2 glasses of cava. In other reviews guests were given a chilled bottle of cava on ice in their room and I actually saw one being delivered on our floor one day.
We loved the main pool beside reception and we had no trouble getting loungers, so many to choose from. The busiest the pool got was 5 people in it and it is huge. Plenty umbrellas and low unobtrusive music playing. So relaxing.
We hired a car for 4 days and toured the island. Absolutely incredible landscape and well worth exploring the national park and all the other towns. We walked into one of the volcano craters and it was just the most spectacular experience. Don’t just sit on your lounger, get out and see the natural beauty of this island.
Overall we had an amazing time at Radisson Blu and we will definitely return. It’s got the right chilled vibe for us, the food is excellent and the staff are so lovely. Our only disappointment was my birthday not being marked in the way we’d hoped. I was a bit sad about that.
Would just like to also say that we too named the robot vacuum cleaner on our floor “Colin” as I saw in another review! Hilarious that another couple did this as well. We could hear “him” outside our room and even went out to say “hi” on occasion. lol 😂
Hope to return in September 2027 and highly recommend this hotel.

Radisson relaxation
Another excellent stay at our favourite hotel, the welcome and service we received from the ever smiling and happy staff is so comforting. They seem to have recognised a weak spot in the evening entertainment and have stepped up the quality, but could go a little further. The rooms we were allocated were very good although unfortunately having no real view unlike our previous visits. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality adult only accomodation for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to all the management and staff who looked after us so well again.

Wonderful hotel
We have just enjoyed another wonderful holiday at this adult only hotel and this holiday was made extra special this time because of the exceptional service provided by Anya in reception. We tried Crown service for the first time and although we enjoyed it we are undecided if it was worth the 40 euro per person per day. Our room was cleaned every day to the usual high standard we have come to expect when visiting Radisson Blu. The service in the restaurant was as always exceptional and Nati was her usual wonderful self ably assisted by Pablo and the other staff we were very happy to see Tony again having missed her on previous visits. The evening entertainment in our opinion is still the only thing that lets this wonderful hotel down but as I say this is only our opinion the waiter service in the evening is very good. We will be returning again next year as we are sure to be well looked after by the exceptional staff from the moment you check in until the time comes to leave.
