Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote

This hotel is spectacular i am on my 10th out of 14th day here and have enjoyed every second of it the rooms are neat and clean (only have heard stories of cockroaches in certain rooms that are quite low down but the staff are fast to sort it out) the room cleaning service people are amazingly friendly. I have spent the majority of my stay going in the large middle pool it is fantastic a bit cold but once you step in and start swimming it's good it includes fresh sea water as well. The lifeguards are so friendly and will be to supply you with fresh beach towels from 10am to 6pm . The WiFi is very good and I have not had any problems what so ever. The people at the reception that the bar backs onto whom are called Juan Francisco and Paul are incredibly helpful Paul helped us find our way around on the first day and Juan helps us with anything we need if we ask. The food of which I have tried is amazing I am half board and have breakfast and dinner every day the mattre di, Natti is such a amazingly kind person and will make you feel so welcome wide variety of food that would make even the fussiest person for eating pleased a brand new nationalty for dishes everyday from Latin American to majorcan ( some of waiters can be pushy to make you maybe some beer or wine instead of purchasing water but im sure they just want you to have the best time and they're the nicest people you'll meet) . Only a 15-25 minute walk to costa tequise town but there are shops and good bars and restaurants right outside the hotel entrance across the road. A few more things I will add even though people may not request a partial or full sea view most of the rooms actually have that dont belive all the over reviews you hear . Some of the drinks at the bar are on the expensive side but you expect it with prices of wages and products rising and it is nearly a 5 star hotel. At the evening entertainment all the bar staff are amazing but I would like to put a little shoutout to David martinez who always goes the extra mile to talk to you and have a good laugh. Last little bits the place is quite echoey but every around the pool or anywhere seems quite and the noise is not that bad at all . The evening music entertainment is only one hour but that could just be a funding problem but it's quite easy to make your own because there is a pool table and card games and chess avaliable at the bar there is a little lack of atmosphere most nights during the entertainment so youll have to try make it yourself . Our stay at the Raddison blu was fantastic from start to finish. The reception check in was so friendly and helpful and then the room was just out of this world with great ocean views and a lovely balcony to sit out on. The 4 pools were very clean and not packed and all had great views of the Atlantic with the bonus of an infinity pool. i cannot recommend this hotel enough and would recommend it to anyone looking for guaranteed sunshine with a very affordable luxury feel in a great location away from the noise but only a 10 minute walk into coast Teguise for bars, restaurants and shops if needed.
