Oasis Lanz Beach Mate

We're here at the minute & we can't praise the hotel enough. Don't really understand some of the negative comments! This place is so peaceful & very well kept. We had requested a higher floor, pool facing & we got that, room 252. Room is fabulous and very big with everything we needed & is cleaned daily, the maids are lovely & just like all the staff we've come across always have a smile & appear happy to help. Breakfast is amazing both the hot and cold food is really nice and lots of choice. The coffee is gorgeous, best we've tasted in a hotel. You can always get a sunbed easily enough and there are 2 pools in different areas in the hotel. Nice pool bar and reasonable priced cocktails. We used the local bus service to go to the open mall shopping centre and the bus stops down the side of the spar supermarket which is just across from the hotel. Fare was only 2.80 euros and you get off at the bus station just round the corner from the shopping centre and the bus back is just across the road, bus no's 1, 2 or 3 to and from costa teguise and run every 20 minutes. We would highly recommend coming to this hotel which is ideally situated close to all amenities a fabulous find

Great hotel, greeted with glass of Cava, room wasn't ready, suitcases stored. Fab room really spacious , kettle, tea, coffee and botyle of water on sude, brilliant!! pool bar good, great service, no cash payments charged to room or pay by card. Staff always seemed to be smiling 😃 looks lovely and warm. Great location, bars and restaurants only minutes away. Breakfast were fab lots of choice, hot and cold. Only minor issue was steps into pools, they are very slim treads, and felt unsafe when using them. Typical sunbed wars with the much older generation! But always found a bed. Defo go back,

Was everything we wanted and more for a relaxing break away to an area I didn’t know . The reception team were very friendly and helpful and our room was immaculate with tasteful decor and a big balcony with a pool view and palm trees . Nothing was an issue at all- the whole complex is so peaceful and very clean and well planted . A real Oasis ! My daughter used the gym , we played tennis and enjoyed the excellent breakfasts included in our deal . Gluten free felt safe for her as it was so organised and clean.The location is fantastic with great beaches a short walk, spar for buying drinks and food and really wonderful restaurants just a bit further out in the less touristy areas - I will definitely book again and thoroughly recommend the hotel and costa teguise Thank you!
