We recently stayed at this hotel in Lanzarote and, overall, had a really enjoyable holiday. The hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The pool area was also exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The buffet was one of the highlights of our stay, with a fantastic variety of food and consistently high quality.
The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because of the handling of my wife's coeliac disease. Although the staff were friendly and tried to help, there seemed to be a lack of understanding about gluten contamination. Unfortunately, my wife was accidentally exposed to gluten on several occasions, which made her unwell and caused unnecessary stress during our holiday.
If the hotel improved its knowledge and procedures around catering for guests with coeliac disease—such as better staff training and stricter measures to prevent cross-contamination—it would be an outstanding place to stay.
Despite this issue, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend the hotel to most travellers. We hope the hotel takes this feedback on board, as it has the potential to offer a truly exceptional experience for everyone.
I also felt that too much attention was being paid to reserve guests, there should have been a general manager to speak to the chef understanding and explaining the gluten free options.
Me and my Fiancé had the best time at this stunning hotel. Food was amazing, hotel and rooms were always sparkling clean, pool was amazing and always so many sunbeds catered for sunbathers or shade bathers, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just pure happiness and gratitude. Now what made our experience 10x better were the staff, to mention a few, Soraya, Erasmo, Joana, Armando, Raquel, Naomi and Jesus, Youseff, these guys deserve there own 100 stars, from the moment we arrived they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, always up for a laugh, so accommodating and just so much fun! They really made our experience that much better.
We will be back❤️
Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean. The pool is large and beautiful, with seawater, and the views are breathtaking. The meals are very good and varied, so everyone will find something they like. The service is very good, friendly, and attentive to guests. The entertainment (concerts) is wonderful; the animators are very good and committed, and Zuzana deserves a special mention. We felt well taken care of. We will definitely return and recommend it. Greetings from the guests of room no. 213 (16/06-01/07/26). Janina and Grzegorz Waksmundzki
An adults-only hotel free from loud music, offering the chance to relax at your own pace. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff are very helpful. The meals are delicious and varied. The "The Reserve" area is highly recommended. Special thanks to Karen, who welcomed us with a lovely smile, and to Saskia, who did her best to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Yolanda, who looked after our villa during our stay. Eva i Tomasz-Villa Magdalena.
Just got back from this fabulous hotel after spending 11 days there with friends, the hotel is clean & bright, bedrooms were a perfect size, except we would have preferred not to have deck chairs on the balcony, quite uncomfortable for us over 60's folk, there were 3 extra restaurants there,to eat another than the buffet, we found it difficult to book these other restaurants as you have to go on line at midnight, we were generally asleep by then, but the reps came to our rescue, the food in the buffet was not very hot & slightly repetitive, but always found something to eat,we ate lunch most of the time at he ginger bar that was great for lunch, the one big down fall was the sunbeds, they were SO hard & uncomfortable,No Cushions!! especially as us over 60's have joint problems etc,its the first 5hotel that we have been to with no cushions on them..i suffer from fybromyalgia and have serious joint issues and my husband has a bad back problem, we complained to reception they were very helpful and addressed our issues,we noticed that if you upgraded to the" Reserve"you would have cushions! This holiday wasn't cheap & you are 5 we shouldn't have to pay to be more comfortable ,we highly appreciated your staff especially Soraya & Joana, both went out of there way to help us,all your teams were amazing, friendly and helpful 👏 evening entertainment was very good too,on the whole we had an amazing time,we would love to return but you definitely need to review cushions on the sunbeds because that will stop us all returning, we did speak to other people of all ages they felt the same about it,plus please look into the buffet re making the food hotter too,a few minor changes would definitely helpful ,
