Fantastic hotel.
This was not our first time staying at this hotel as we have always enjoyed the warm welcome. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the buffet, tables could do with clearing a little quicker but staff work hard and are often busy. A good selection of different entertainment in the evening. The location is excellent for getting out and walking and the local buses are reasonably priced. We had day trips to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. Along with a trip to Teguise market. There are shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes within easy walking distance. A nice resort.

good location relaxed atmosphere rooms were good and cleaned every day we were on the 4th floor and it was very quite the bar service was good with great staff the only problem was you could not get a sun bed unless you got up and put a towle on one at 6.30 am if a hotel knows it has a 1000 guests then their should be a 1000 sun beds.

Nice 10 days
Idea location if you like to swim in the sea and snorkel. Nice friendly atmosphere with people returning year after year. Rooms spotlessly clean and pleasant staff. Food was plentiful and good quality. Plenty of activitie through the day. Great team!

Amazing
Location amazing as per usual it’s our 4th time here and wow it’s updated massively since our last time in 2014, atmospheres better more going on in the evenings, rooms fine but needs new wardrobes , value expensive for 6 nights paying £2500 including flights is wow, cleanliness is amazing 10/10, food ok my fella managed and he’s fussy trust me lol
