Great location
Unbeatable location and views, but the property is starting to look tired We keep returning to this lovely hotel primarily for its perfect location and the absolutely best views but unfortunately it will be our last time. The rooms are always kept very clean, and most staff are incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to the daytime entertainment team who work really hard all day long. However, we noticed this year that the property is looking quite tired and is in need of a good update. There is a lot of maintenance required, especially around the pool areas, which is a shame since that area is one of the main reasons we love coming back. As for the food, it is just of an okay standard, queuing up for food is not for us. We prefer to eat out every night anyway so it wasn't a major issue for us. Although a warning if you are half board to inform them you are changing. We did this on our last day and got charged €55 for a long queue and a bit of salad! Management weren’t very helpful! Lastly, while the daytime staff are great, the evening entertainment shows could definitely use a bit more variety. It really needs some investment and care to bring it back to its best standard.

Lovely Hotel
Fantastic location right on the sea front. A nice and quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There was daily and evening entertainment but they didn't harrass you to join in. Room was excellent, very large bed with daily cleaning service. The Bar staff were lovely and very polite. Some restaurant staff were lovely but some were rude and made you wait for drinks even though they had seen you were waiting. The food was ok and they have theme nights. The only downside was people were queuing for food when they didn't need too.

Fabulous 4 night stay with my daughter
Have just had a lovely 4 x night stay with my daughter. Hotel is beautiful and the cleaning staff never stop cleaning. The waiting and reception staff are also very friendly. 1 x outdoor pool is heated and 1 x isn’t so a nice mix. Pool area is nice (the usual need to get up 7/7.30 secure a decent pool bed, but that’s nearly every hotel these days). Doesn’t feel cramped though at the hotel as really spacious inside and outside. Location is excellent, quick transfer from airport, right by beach, also in great little area close to lots of bars, restaurants and gift shops (so if you didn’t want to go all inclusive there are lots of reasonably priced places to eat within a stone’s throw). Really relaxed feel - entertainment and activities during day and evening if you want it, no pressure if you don’t. There isn’t an enormous selection of food choices in the buffet restaurant but it’s perfectly good quality (with salads, meats and puddings etc). Would definitely stay again.
