This welcoming apartment complex is situated in the leisure centre of Costa Teguise, approximately 600 m from the nearest beach. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network with a stop located just 400 m away. The town centre, which offers plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene, is also within walking distance. Amongst the hotel facilities are a welcoming bar and a restaurant. Guests may park their cars in the hotel's outdoor car park. The simple studios and apartments come with a combined bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. The apartments come with an additional separate bedroom. All of them are well-equipped as standard. Guests may make use of the swimming pool and the sun terrace. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
A lovely little Gem for the star rating. We booked this resort only a month before going to have a family break together that was needed by us all and having read mixed reviews beforehand I decided to go with no expectations and, as always, make up my own mind and I really couldn’t fault it for a 3 plus star. We stayed in the non-premium side and it had on offer all we needed to cater for the mixed ages in our group. The entertainment team worked extremely hard too (Julia and Africa in our week) with the activities on offer each day, with no pressure to join in if you didn’t want to and my thanks go out to them both. Our room was spacious and clean and we were aware prior to going didn’t offer toiletries within the all inclusive package but there was 2 little tablets of soap in the bathroom upon arrival. I personally wouldn’t have expected toiletries to be on offer in a 3 star resort. The resort staff, including the TUI Rep, Richard, and the catering staff were friendly and all worked extremely hard to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday and were appreciative of our thanks and praise for what they did, when thanked (with a thumbs up and smile at times in the restaurant if they didn’t understand English). The food was not the same each day as some have put in their reviews during our visit. Yes there was always hot choices, cold choices/salad and desserts on offer each day, but they were changed to reflect the cuisine being served at that mealtime and breakfasts had a proper sausage served as opposed to the frankfurters found in some all inclusive resorts, along with eggs served in various ways. I personally could not fault the food and I agree the desserts were delicious. The pool was lovely and the surrounding pool area was kept clean each day with a good supply of sun beds. Maybe on change over days the beds were more in demand and possibly could have given a shortage for a short time for some. I would visit this resort again.
Nice little 18+ hotel with plenty of food options. Great pool area even though didnt use it as it was too frigging hot. Some staff members are very pleasant whereas others are moody and look like they cant be bothered. Apartments are spacious and bright. Only downside was we were placed on the top floor and theres no lifts with 50 steps. We were in 2306. Entertainment is hit and miss as the area they have evening Entertainment looks like a tent you would see at a crappy holiday camp. Drinks were constantly flowing. Close to all shops and cafes so was out most of the time in Teguise.
Very nice hotel with lovely big apartments with safe, aircon, kettle and microwave included. We had second floor overlooking the pool which was lovely with a big balcony. Everywhere was very clean especially the restaurant and pool. Lovely chill out area with a jacuzzi on the standard side. A/I drinks fine beer on tap all day from restaurant and pool bar, soft drinks fine, water dispenser available. Had a vodka and orange which was lovely. Food was variable - more vegetarian main dishes would be nice but plenty of choice both lunch and dinner. Breakfast the nicest with a huge choice of hot and cold, baked goods, toast, yoghurt fruit all delicious. Some of the theme nights were a bit strange I wouldn't have been able to guess the theme 😊 Our room was cleaned every day except Saturday and we had clean towels most days. I would give 5 stars but the evening entertainment was pretty dire and what was on offer was in a small area but was very loud. The lovely entertainment girls tried really hard to make it fun but endless quizzes get a bit tedious. If you sit outside to protect your ears you are surrounded by all the smokers and vapers. We did listen to one act from our balcony. Well positioned nearby Spa and short walk to lovely beach and shopping centre. I think 4 and a half stars as we had a lovely time, staff were exceptionally friendly and we would definitely return.
I can not praise this hotel highly enough..
The cleanliness is superior to any other hotel we have stopped at , with every area being inspected and cleaned throughout the day. The bedroom was spacious, light and spotless on arrival. The staff and always friendly, the food was excellent with plenty of fresh healthy options available at all meals. The themed meal evenings were excellent.
The only negative I can give is that they do not enforce their "pool towel" policy of not reserving beds and removing towels from unused beds. Ultimately, this is caused by the selfish tourists who if only used beds as and when they needed... it would not be a problem.
Excellent value for money hotel, possibly deserving an extra star..
What a great hotel, rooms are very clean and spacious, pool area and grounds all very well kept, food is very very good and staff in the restaurant never stop clearing tables and bringing hot food out. Would definitely return, most of the hotel is 4 star probably just rooms a bit basic
