This welcoming apartment complex is situated in the leisure centre of Costa Teguise, approximately 600 m from the nearest beach. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network with a stop located just 400 m away. The town centre, which offers plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene, is also within walking distance. Amongst the hotel facilities are a welcoming bar and a restaurant. Guests may park their cars in the hotel's outdoor car park.The simple studios and apartments come with a combined bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. The apartments come with an additional separate bedroom. All of them are well-equipped as standard. Guests may make use of the swimming pool and the sun terrace. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation.

Not as good as people say. Food good. Drinks OK for a 3 star. We had 1 bed linen change in 14 nights. And we know that for a fact because when they changed the bedding on the Thursday my duvet cover had 4 holes in in and 2 small brown stains right in the centre. My first thought was very unprofessional to have holes in the duvet covers but I let it go. The following Thursday when we should have had a bed linen change we came back to our room to find the same duvet on my bed unless they have covers with the same amount of holes and brown stain in several covers in exactly the same place. My wife went to reception to tell them and a guy called allejandro said that could not be right and called her a liar but did say that someone would be there to change the bedding. That never happened. Disgusting. I also confronted allejandro who was totally inadequate for the reception job. I also mentioned to him about the sunbed situation that there were towels out all night , he said I will tell the night person to deal with it but again nothing was done. Forget what it says on the bit of paper they give you when you check in about sunbed saving just get up at 5.30 and grab yours. The restaurant is a canteen so don't be fooled. Staff are great. Security at night is none existent as anyone can walk in to the complex and not be challenged so beware of that. Rubbish place and needs a lot of work like getting rid of the tui rep ha is useless sits in his office or in the canteen eating. Waste of time. Spend your money somewhere else go self catering.

Average abroad holiday.
The hotel - 3/5 stars Food and drinks - food was average, fizzy drinks were flat all the time, beer was awful, cocktails were nice ( although a few times the cocktail maker wasn’t washed from previous cocktail made so didn’t always taste right ) Rooms - weren’t supplied with tea, coffee, milk condiments, also no cups ? But had a kettle. beds - rock hard !! Awful to sleep on Sofa bed - just a single bed that pulls out from under the sofa so you can’t sleep on it as it just slips apart. Pool- lovely pool, nice and clean. States u can’t put your towels down till 10am, but definitely do it before then everyone else did . Staff - Tui staff were fabulous!!! Always getting people involved. The receptionist was quite miserable and didn’t really want to help you. So just go straight to your Tui guide instead. Cleaning staff I couldn’t fault, always had clean room, towels Make sure you book a late check out when you book the holiday and you can’t book them when you’re there if you need one!!
Too much vaping
The hotel is fine it is currently being upgraded. The biggest problem is the amount of people vaping and smoking around the open areas. People are vaping near the restaurant doors and by the pool it’s disgusting. There appears to be no enforcement by the hotel of areas where can do this. People shouldn’t have to breathe other people s vaping!
Good holiday
Location was fairly good as could get to local bars restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk beach is a further 10 -15 minutes room was slightly dated with no hot water in bathroom sink you had waste a lot of water to get warm was a tree on outside of balcony so blocked out sun but gave some privacy from the outside seating to restaurant Food was good enough choice desserts were plentiful The entertainment wasn't brilliant only 2 night were good the seating is hard plastic chairs and bit close there was 2 to 3 staff serving so not long waits At times the ammination team was like a haven campsite but we're all different so may suit majority Was a lot of sunbeds getting saved v early mornings staff work hard and long hours and there always smiles 😃 The snacks was in main restaurant but didn't feel you could go in as a barrier was over entrance and was staff having lunch so didn't bother plus didn't really see any eating outside restaurant The jacuzzi was a nice touch and the garden area was well maintained and a pay cocktail bar for Evening didn't purchase a drink as bar man interact with us and serve another guests from premium side so we left

Not bad for a 3 star
Returned yesterday and I have to say we were nervous after reading some reviews and it only being 3 stars. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. However, the hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. Hallways and corridors are really shabby and the rooms are very outdated. However, really clean and comfortable. I will say that while we were staying, the sofa beds in the rooms were all being replaced with brand new. We came back from the pool and the one in our room had been replaced. I can imagine it’s hard to upgrade whilst the hotel is constantly booked as the hotel seemed full when we were there and constant changeover of people. The pool area is great and we loved chilling on the sunbeds. Pool is really cold but great for a cool down! I will say, you are given a leaflet to say don’t put towels down but it’s completely ignored but there are so many sunbeds you wot struggle at all. I have to agree with a previous review about the smoking and vaping. It’s everywhere. People sat on sun loungers smoking and it’s disgusting. We saw a lot of fag butts around the hotel. Even stuffed into wall areas around the restaurant- see photo. The poor cleaners having to pick them up as well even though there are ashtrays around. The food was always hot and different theme every night which was really good. The “snack bar” isn’t as advertised though. It’s in the resteraunt after the lunch time has finished and the staff aren’t around to make the burgers etc as advertised as they are on break themselves. The entertainment is very butlins as well. Ran by the 2 entertainment team members and a lot of its run through a PowerPoint presentation just streamed on a monitor. Wasn’t for us. However, the staff at this hotel are really what make this a fab place to stay. I can’t finish this review without mentioning lily. She was amazing. Lily works on the pool bar and the main bar at night and she’s so lovely and helpful and pours the best drinks! Thank you so much lily!! We had a fab time though all in all. We wanted a cheap week away in the sun and a relax and that’s exactly what we got and a great tan!
