Wouldn’t stay here again
Not having air conditioning was a big issue. Ended up going out and buying fans. The only air conditioning was in the restaurant, which usually wasn’t even on. As it’s a smaller hotel, there wasn’t much choice on food, but what they did have was always good. There’s a new hotel being built across the road, and 2 more being renovated, so lots of construction noise. We arrived before our room was ready and left our bags in the UNLOCKED bag room that anyone could have accessed. The room was ok but not very thoroughly cleaned. There was rubbish under the sofa and the floor was dirty. Dinner is served really late. Restaurant doesn’t open till 19:30. We’d like to have eaten already by then. The bar in serenity closes at 19:00. So there’s half an hour when there’s absolutely nothing to do but wait.
Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either.

Great staff great location
Have spent 2 weeks in the serenity area of this hotel and will definitely be going back. We arrived over 4 hours late and the lady on reception was extremely friendly although her shift was ending. Hotel room was spotless with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. All food was well presented and plentiful. We had a birthday whilst staying and a bottle of bubbly was left in the room with a note to say happy birthday what a lovely touch this was. All staff were incredibly friendly. Housekeeping came in regularly. Now for not so great. Pool was advertised as heated however they did not feel like they were but this is very minor as it was high temperatures during our stay. The rooms do not have air con however a fan is available to rent. These very minor points are a preference and do not reflect on the hotel. As stated our stay was amazing beds comfortable and somewhere we would definitely recommend.

Mixed bag. Location excellent not far to beach and amenities Atmosphere safe and amenable Exceptional cleanliness Pool good warm and clean Attentive, friendly staff throughout stay. Service excellent Breakfast really good Dinner 50:50 Not enough sunbeds Entertainment of main act 'No pressure' was funny and engaging.

Little gem
Currently staying at this little gem. Adults only. So quiet. Perfect place to unwind. We are in room 127 which was allocated after I contacted the hotel and explained my husbands mobility problems. The pool is lovely and the grounds are immaculate. We are bed and breakfast so have not had an evening meal. Breakfast has a wonderful choice including cold meats, fruit, croissants, coral and of course the full English. The service is great. The rooms spacious with comfy beds. There are also 4 English TV channels which is great considering the World Cup and Wimbledon are on. If you are looking for complete relaxation this is the place for you
Extremely peaceful and relaxing stay
Really enjoyed our stay here. Stayed in serenity side and was so pleased. We had a ground floor room which hotel accommodated due to my husbands bad knee. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful and much needed to recharge the batteries. I thought the breakfast was great, plenty of options and nice and fresh. Reception staff were extremely helpful and thanks to maintenance staff when I couldn’t get my key card to work who arrived quickly. Cleaners worked really hard and well done to the gardener as place was kept beautiful.
Only a couple of small things.. bedrooms could really do with a fan as no air conditioning and wouldn’t want to leave veranda doors open at night also could do with some anti-slip strips leading into the pool.
Apart from that a really enjoyable relaxing stay and would love to visit again
