Club Siroco

Arrived 16.10.26 for a 6 night stay. Reception area is great and staff friendly.

We stayed in room 304. Felt very underwhelmed with our accomodation. Very tired and in need of an upgrade in every area. The bed was 2 pushed together which whilst not a problem they were very uncomfortable along with the pillows. We were both itching on the first night for some reason even though the bedding looled clean and by night 3 both had back backs and slept ontop of the covers. It didn't have aircon so we were warm to say the least. The bathroom was another story. It had been partially cleaned, however the walls had been missed in many areas and you could clearly see where they had missed cleaning as there was a large patch of dirt and grime around the window. The silicone around the shower was filthy and black. The show head was tilting to the wall and no amount of adjustment made it point to the body. The seating area in the lounge was grimey and not a nice place to sit and the tv had a permanent tilt which could not be rectified. Kitchen was adequately equipped but was old and looked grimey so we didn't use it. The fridge was full of water and parts of it were broken. You couldn't use the shelving inside the door. The balcony was the best bit and was in full sun from start to end of the day and over looked the pool. Maid service was diabolical if I am honest. Were told it would be Monday and Wednesday only in our 6 nights. Monday was fine, however Wednesday we didnt get a room clean and tidy, no beds made and only towels changed. This left me feeling disappointed.

Breakfast was included and Miguel was so friendly and welcoming. Food and choice was great and no complaints.

Pool area clean and tidy. Mad rush when it opened at 10 for a bed and trolley so we didn't bother.

I asked for an iron and was told it would be 14 euros with a 50 euro deposit, I didn't bother.

Location was fine, about a 20 minute walk to bars and shops.

Would I return, defo not. Its not for us. We are used to different levels of accommodation and not moaners but felt underwhelmed by room and maid service. We do expect a certain level of cleanliness which we felt lacked here.

Do your research as the photos on our booking looked fantastic with Jet2. We could have upgraded to serenity area for an extra cost on arrival, however we didn't see the rooms here and unpacked before we were told about upgrade and so for 5 remaining nights decided to rough it.

Another fabulous stay! Second time round and we took mother in law who uses a wheelchair. Site very easy to navigate, slopes everywhere for chair. Breakfast is amazing, anything you can imagine is available. Apartment spotless, has everything you need. Staff are friendly and very helpful. 100% recommend. We'll be back next year. The hotel is out of main town but close enough to walk, especially on the promenade on the front, there's also Playa De Las Cucharas beach which is nearer. Lots of shops and restaurants there. Reasonable prices for food and drink and everyone so friendly.

We loved all aspects of this Hotel, at first we thought it was very quiet maybe too quiet but as the week progressed we grew to love it and will definitely return. The Hotel is immaculately kept and the staff are so helpful and friendly, restaurant was great with plenty of variety. I would recommend three tiny adjustments, first open the pool at 9am not 10am and secondly may play some kind of music around the pool, and lastly maybe a small shop onsite for essentials instead of using the one in the hotel across the road.
