Below expectation
We booked it through love holidays based on 4 star rating. We stayed in room 220bB. There was a stinking smell of seweage as soon as you entered the room. We complained about it but the hotel management said it's in all the rooms. Also the AC was ineffective. We really struggled during the afternoon and to sleep at night. We contacted love holidays to change our hotel but they didn't do anything about it. We contacted the hotel reception to change the room. They showed us another room which had the same problem and the hotel management told us that this problem is in all the rooms. It wasn't a very pleasant holiday and the hotel was below our expectations.

Lifeguards thats a laugh
If you want you and your family to feel safe at the pool stay away from this hotel. The lifeguards are for decoration purposes only. My partner took a seizure in the pool and two other guests had to help as the lifeguards were to busy talking and looking elsewhere. The hotel management refused to accept any responsibility and didn't even check on my partner to see if he was ok. I dont know what would have happened if the other guests hadn't been there. On a lighter note the food wasn't up to scratch not much choice and cold. The hotel was clean and the surroundings were well maintained plus the entertainment team were amazing.

The hotel had great reception staff. The rooms were extremely clean. Unfortunately very poor food quality and did not eat at the hotel. I would honestly say a 3 star at best sorry for the negative reviews.
