Food very bad selection not great, seem to be same old same old, rooms need modernization vey out dated, to far away from square although a bus runs free both ways 3 times a day, poolside was great, staff were pleasant and smiling, there was the odd one that was unpleasant, won’t be staying again.

in need of upgrade
location excellent rooms fantastic very clean maid service every day. very quiet. food okay but repetive and not very exciting. interior of hotel very tired dated and needing refurb.Pool themselves clean and heated. area around pool could be revamped.loungers needed replaced and cleaned.lovely beaches to swim from.

A good trip
Lots of positive changes happening a the hotel including refurbishment of the rooms. They are part way through their journey. Been here several times before but you can tell that the staff are happier in their work. Rooms are dated but are clean with new beds, fresh linen and fresh towels and room cleaned every day.
Young bar man Ayoub (aka Youbi) was fabulous, worked so hard and was professional. Well done that man!.
Maybe a bit far out for some, but the free bus into town is a great help.
Food at the pool bar was varied, fresh and hot and available for several hours giving flexibility. Main dining room food, varied but had a particular focus on pork.
Overall, good value.

Hotel beatriz costa and spa
i went in my first holiday with my boyfriend to this hotel, and wow it did not disappoint, we got a bag full of lots of food on arrival as by the time we got there it was past dinner. The rooms were spotless, cleaners coming in every morning to clean. The staff was so lovely and understanding, The hotel in general was amazing, the all inclusive food was amazing they had a massive variety of different foods drinks and desserts each night.They had shows on every night aswell in the hotel that you could go too. I would 100% definitely recommended.
A very pleasant hotel experience with friendly staff
The best way of reaching the hotel from the airport is to take a taxi. Journey time is approximately 20 minutes at a cost of ~€25.
The hotel is huge, with large atriums running left and right off the reception level with the lower level having shops, bars and an entertainment stage. There are also 3 pools and a Jacuzzi. All the rooms have sun facing balconies which is great if you want to take some sun while enjoying a bit more peace and quiet than you would get round the pool.
My room was on the 4 floor, and had been recently refurbished. What an improvement! Gone is the green carpet which has been replaced by a laminate floor which is much more hygienic as well as being more aesthetically pleasing. In addition, there are now power points conveniently located round the bed making charging your devices much easier. The room had a safe (for a fee of €4/night) and a small fridge. My bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I was half-board and was more than satisfied by the variety and standard of food which was available at both the breakfast and dinner buffet.
Access to the beach and waterfront involves a 15-20 minute walk downhill through some housing and commercial areas, although the hotel runs a shuttle bus service. There is also a “Spar” supermarket on route which was handy for picking up some supplies.
I also want to mention the staff, who were very polite and friendly (particularly in the reception, restaurant and housekeeping areas).
I will return to this hotel as overall I continue to enjoy many aspects of the experience.
