I'd love to be back
The only "but" was the dinner scheduled up to 10pm but at 9:30 half of the food wasn't there anymore (specially desserts). Apart from that it c was a relaxed hotel with a wonderful staff! Thanks to you all! I'd love to be back.

Fabulous week in Barcelo Teguise!
Fabulous hotel, our second time here and honestly could not have had a better 9 days. The staff went above and beyond for us. Booked a junior suite and it was stunning. Location is amazing, so close to everything and the beach. Already planning our next return trip!
Another great holiday!
Another lovely holiday at the Barcelo. Much kinder weather than our last trip in February. All the staff were amazing as ever, but special mentions to Matias on animation, Gemma in guest relations and Salek in the restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit.

Good food and lots of it.
Arrived late but found the staff very accommodating and friendly unfortunately we missed food but still found an open bar. The food is good and plenty of it, it's safe to say we have eaten and drank our body weight on this all inclusive. The pool and facilities are absolutely spot on there are a choice of different bars and places to eat the beach being our favourite. We will be returning and most definitely leaving with a smile 😁.
Hotel review. Good but improvements could be made.
We have stayed with the Barcello company before and was outstanding, this one whislt good and we had a great holiday, it was not to the same high standards as others. Room had some cleanliness issues. They made the bed but bedding never changed in the two weeks. Dirt under glass tops on tables. Floor never mopped cleaned in the two weeks. Charges for bottles in mini bar that were free if you go to the bar, so confused why they charge. Food selection was limited and the buffet reastaurant food was always cold. They do provide a microwave but it should be served hot. Champs bar could get busy and they would serve the public first over hotel guests although this was not all the time. Table service was poor at times, we ordered drinks after being sat for 25 mins trying to get someones notice and then took another 45 mins for drinks to arrive. Everyone who ordered after us had been served. After asking them 3 times they finally brought the drinks. The buffet restaurant has two seating areas, one of them you waited a lot longer to be served drinks. The outdoor spaces were mainly clean except a few customers always smoked at sun beds and left fag butts all over floor and they were often left. Pools were very clean. Toilet areas were always clean. Staff were mostly friendly. Welcome to the stay was nice and they took bags to room when it was ready. Overall we enjoyed the stay. They just need to improve food choices and temperature and some cleaning issues in the rooms. Costa Tegise was great. Clean and nice beaches. If the food in buffet restaurant was resolved we would have gone back.
