There's a real feeling of fun at this aparthotel. The fresh, light decor, family-friendly layout and wide open spaces make it a great looking place to stay with a really inviting atmosphere.
It's a very comfortable choice of accommodation too. Take a stroll in the gardens and you'll pass by very inviting hammocks and sun loungers to tempt you. There's nothing lovelier than being able to stretch out in the sun or the shade and let life pass by at holiday pace.
Apartments marry style and comfort. There's some local colour in the rooms too - and throughout the hotel. Furnishings are of a high standard, and the spacious en suite apartments include kitchenette, lounge area and a balcony or terrace. (Another great place to sit and watch the world go by.) Don’t believe the bad reviews out you’ll miss out
Just arrived back from a lovely relaxing holiday here. After reading dinner of the negative reviews we were a little apprehensive about things when we arrived but that was soon forgotten. We’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels over the years and many 4 and 3, and can honestly say this hotel is great for families. The rooms were completely adequate, clean and if a decent size. Yes there is no air con, but you can hire a fan for £20 which would keep you comfortable at night. There is nothing wrong with the food at all, there really is something for everyone. The sun loungers are locked up at night, but that really isn’t a problem as they clean the pool area and the pool in the morning and once that’s done they unlock them and you can help yourself and there’s enough for everyone. Yes people get day in chairs to pick spots from 8am which I think I’d rather silly and a little rude if you ask me but that’s not the hotels fault, that’s the mentality of a few selfish people. There’s entertainment every night and maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but if you don’t get involved then again that’s not the hotels fault. They really try to make sure the kids can run about freely and have fun, just what kids should be doing. It’s a really nice relaxing place and a little gem of a place. The people that complain think they should be getting a lot more for their money but I’m sorry, it’s not expensive to stay here for a family all inclusive and I’d like to see active find somewhere that cheap for a family holiday all inclusive, it’s an absolute bargain. Would we go again, most definitely, we wished we’d had another week Your believe the bad reviews then you really will miss out on a really good, cheap family holiday.

Juan makes the atmosphere
What a great wee atmosphere, Juan makes your holiday experience much better he’s always on the go and encourages everyone to join in. He takes time to talk to everyone and learns your names - he’s great with the kids and the bingo is fun ( I won twice). A five star entertainer
Very appalling
Staff extremely rude would not allow family to sit together, very rude to my family members even dragged a table away whilst sat at the table, was not allowed to take some snacks from the all inclusive for a 3 year old child that wasn’t feeling very well, would NOT recommend to any families travelling here

Awful manors and service
I would not recommend this hotel for any family bigger than 2, I was in a family of 8 and we was all made to sit on tables off 2. Staff was extremely rude using unkind language towards us and the family because we asked if we could move the tables together and we would move them back after.
Rude
As a family of 8 with children we were not aloud to sit together, we pulled a table next ro another so we could have dinner together and the members of staff took the table away and said we had to sit 2 at a table, as a family away together we wanted to sit together, so we were all split up and could not even sit near each other, rooms are not the greatest. And we have found the staff rude, definitely would not come back here or recommend anyone with a family to come here either
