The complex features wonderful restaurants, as well as a number of bars, cafes and shops. A nightclub is also available on site. Guests are invited to enjoy the many leisure facilities that the complex has to offer.

Brilliant Hotel!
We stayed here as a family in August for 10 days!
Check in was quick and the man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. One of our rooms wasn’t ready so we went down for lunch first and as soon as we came back it was ready.
Rooms had a brilliant view, we had a room at the very end of the hotel next to the water park. We had a view of the pool, sea and the water park. We loved it. Now the only downside is the rooms definitely need some TLC. A refurb is needed. They were worn down but functional and clean.
Pool area was spot on. Sunbeds weren’t an issue as you could come down anytime of the morning. They do need more umbrellas though as some sunbeds were left without shade.
Service and the bars and restaurants was 10/10! Every single staff member deserves a shout out, they work so hard every single day for 10 hours or more! We could not fault it! We do want to give a special shout out to Miguel! He gave us a nickname of Big Family, so hello from us 🤣
We did the Friday bus to Mogan, we had a lovely morning there at the market and we also did the dolphin/whale watching. Highly recommend doing both! Brilliant days out!
Food was good, breakfast was brilliant. Probably the most English sausage we’ve had in Spain! Lunch at the snack bar was fantastic too, burgers, hot dogs, toasties, chips etc. Dinner was varied and we found something every night.
We also did the à la carte! Service was great and the food was beautiful. Make sure you give it a go!
Only downside was the rooms but with a refurb they will look brilliant!
Overall we would stay again, worth every penny!

Avoid if you want “real all inclusive”
Massive let down based on the pretence of ‘Tui Blue’ recognition. On arrival expect to be told nothing about where to go and what to do. Once you locate your room be prepared to find a non existent air conditioning fan so all week you will feel hot and sticky (including at night) Our main issue here is the way it portrays all inclusive yet self service is not permitted therefore every single drink at dinner is a case of waiting to be asked what you want, then they arrive in tiny glasses and you never see another person to ask for a good while.. Buffet hall is the main culprit for this, along with taking an age for drinks your time at the buffet is the opposite.. hardly any real choice all either over cooked or cold, most nights dinner consisted of a small plate of something edible just to avoid hunger ( which you will be as there are no snacks after 9.30) In summary I would say avoid if you don’t want to queue just for a drink or enjoy nice food.. Would never return and cannot understand those that do?
Amazing stay.
This was my first solo holiday and was a little worried but i neednt have been. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly. The hotel was clean, food was good... there was something for everyone.
I arrived late at night and they had a glass of fizz waiting for you which was a super nice touch.
The atmosphere was definitely a relaxed vibe which is what I went for. There is not much to do in Playa Taurito so be prepared to taxi if you want into the hustle and bustle. Poolside therr is more than enogh sunbeds and you arent allowed to reserve which was a bonus so if you fancied a lazy morning your guaranteed beds a little later.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. I did have an invasion of ants at one point but the hotel sorted it out very quickly. Every room looks out into the sea and hearing rhe waves crash on the beach is the best sound to wake up to.
I didnt really leave the hotel as I wanted a week to chill out. The entertainment at night was FANTASTIC (minus one act). Whitney and the Jersey Kings were incredible. Silent discos were fun too. The only let down of the evenings were Simmona the drag queen who hosts the bingo - not funny and drags it out too long. The daytime program is simple and relaxed. I couldnt work out if the ents team didnt want to create a buzz for the events or keeping it chill and you had use the tui blu app to find out what was happening was their directive. I only found out there was a team of 4 on the last day. Pool party was a vibe though.
I would recommend an 80 minute aromatherapy massage. Best massage I have ever had!!

Disappointing aftercare
The aftercare from @TUI_BLUE has been extremely disappointing. Despite sending numerous emails, every response felt as though they were treating it as a brand-new complaint, rather than actually addressing the issues I had raised.
It seemed their priority was simply to apologise, offer a generic response, and close the complaint, rather than genuinely listen and resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, there were several issues with our accommodation and the surrounding environment which had a significant impact on our holiday: • There was mould on the wall in our room. • We found human hair on the bedside cabinet, which was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness. • The fridge was faulty and kept sliding out every time we opened the door, making it difficult and unsafe to use. • The Wi-Fi coverage was extremely poor and unreliable. • We experienced frequent screaming and loud noise coming from a different hotel next door. We specifically booked an adults-only hotel so that we could enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday, including being able to sit and relax on our balcony without this type of disturbance. • There was also a truck repeatedly reversing outside our balcony during the early hours, causing significant noise and disturbing our sleep.
In addition, the entertainment was cancelled twice due to performers being unwell, which happens but it just added to a multitude of problems.
We chose an adults-only TUI holiday expecting a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the combination of poor room conditions, cleanliness issues, faulty facilities and excessive noise meant that this was not the holiday we had paid for.
This is certainly not the level of customer service or aftercare I would expect from a company that presents itself as a 5-star brand.

This was our first proper holiday since 2019, so we were really looking forward to getting away, and TUI BLUE Suite Princess in Gran Canaria absolutely exceeded our expectations.
From start to finish, we had a fantastic time. The whole hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well looked after. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, and the standard throughout the entire hotel was outstanding.
The food was one of the biggest highlights. The choice and quality were unbelievable, with so much variety every day. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. We genuinely looked forward to every meal!
The staff deserve a special mention because they were absolutely outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, professional and worked incredibly hard to make sure guests were enjoying themselves. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they helped create such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The pool area was fantastic, beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax in the Gran Canaria sunshine. The views and surroundings just made it even better.
After waiting since 2019 for another holiday, we wanted somewhere we could completely switch off, relax and enjoy ourselves, and Suite Princess delivered exactly that. It genuinely felt special and reminded us just how much we had missed going away.
We came home feeling relaxed, refreshed and with some brilliant memories.
Outstanding food, outstanding staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic pool and a wonderful hotel overall. We would absolutely recommend TUI BLUE Suite Princess and would happily return.
