Fabulous experience. Food was great, rooms very clean, only draw back was not enough hanging storage for clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was simply 10/10
our only negative was our dinner experience at Peseta restaurant. It took over half an hour to order a drink. Our first course arrived after an hour. Just seemed to be a bit disorganised. It may be it was early in the season.
Overall, a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend.
Fabulous hotel - lovely staff - highly recommended
Really enjoyed our 10 night stay although the time flew by. Wish we had stayed for 14. We booked the Adults only reserve option and found our eating options to be really good always 1 exceptional. Admittedly there was a premium for the meal at The Winery and the wine pairing but wow was it worth it. Javier and Nico thank you, you gave us exceptional food and fabulous wine pairings. Good luck Javier with your exams. We've been to a few all inclusive hotels that suggest they offer premium drinks, but.... not quite. However you get them here, the Macallan 12 was a good selection. Always good news. The room we had was brilliant, good air-conditioning, a large comfy bed, a double shower and a bath too. The Ocean view was fabulous. All the staff were friendly and helpful but in particular we would like to say Maivelys at the Reserve pool was fabulous. A smile everyday, such a lovely lady. The activities on offer were cool and I enjoyed my sunrise run along the front with Javi. Plus of course a big thank you to Kevin. Thank you for all your help. Finally the free trips to the Banana Plantation and to Rum Distillery were fun and well run. All in all a fabulous well run hotel with some of the best people working for them. I know I have failed to name all the lovely restaurants but I'm running out of space. Highly Recommended

Exceptional value, highly recommend 🥰
This week was just exceptional! We have been to so many AI 5* & this one was just everything we could have hoped for. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Everything included, speciality restaurants, brand drinks, we couldn’t have asked for more. We went to Mauritius last September for 2 weeks for a special anniversary & it was meant to be All Inclusive but wasn’t, everything was extra, brand drinks so expensive! A glass of champagne on our anniversary was £20 absolutely ridiculous, wish we had stayed in Europe for half the price. Just loved paradiso, will be back, couldn’t fault you.

Amazing Hotel
We went Adult only to this amazing hotel. Staff throughout the hotel cannot do enough for you and so friendly. The thing I love the most is the attention to detail, we cannot wait to go back again. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so special. See you all again soon.

Lovely hotel with great staff and food
The hotel was very good and very clean good size rooms with a nice swimming pools, We had some excellent food and drink, especially the Michelin star restaurant was very special.
But most of all, it’s the staff who helped to make your experience special, I wish to give extra special thanks to one member of the team who always went out of his way to look after us with such a great positive happy demeanour Brahim Thx from the Vibra bar he really made our holiday.
Would I recommend 💯 percent I would.
