Another wonderful stay and outstanding yoga classes with Isabel
This is the third time I have come to this hotel with my family. One of the main reasons I decided to return for another holiday here is the quality of the yoga classes given by Isabel Florido (Baransu Studio), who is external to the hotel. This year, I had the opportunity to take a private session with her. It was so much more than just a yoga class. During this private class, she took all the time necessary to share everything she felt would help me. She quickly understood my needs. The way she connects and shares is truly authentic. She has a unique way of explaining and expressing things to help you feel every movement in your body and better understand it. The benefits of a single session with her are immense. On top of all that, she is perfectly trilingual, so I was able to take the class in French. Thank you, Isabel, for being who you are and for sharing your amazing knowledge with others, and thank you to the entire staff of the hotel for being so nice and helpful. Chiara

We had the most incredible stay! The food was delicious, hotel was pretty and clean. The staff were all lovely. The reserve package was well worth the money, amazing. The concierge service is the best idea/service we have come across. So helpful, speedy and kind. Thank you for our stay

It was such a fabulous experience meeting thr professional and friendly and very helpful staff especially Monette who was always welcoming us with a big smile as well as other great staff including Laurent, Danilo, Dylan, Barbara, Francesco. Great Hotel - special shout out to Juan
Fantastic holiday. Room great. Food great and staff great. There are always exceptions though and we just want to highlight a special young waiter called Juan, who we saw frequently in Ginger bar. Polite, attentive, hard working and just such a warm and friendly demeanour. Well done Juan, the hotel is very lucky to have you.
It’s not the experience you would expect this week
This week is too busy. Drinks service in the bar it terrible- tables not cleared or cleaned (sticky) tables without seats. Shortage of sun beds and lots of families with children in the adult only area so a shortage of beds for adults looking for a child free space. Just enforce the rules in that area please.
