The Good: The pillows and mattress were very comfortable for a great sleep. Housekeeping was impeccable—fresh water and clean towels were provided every single day without us having to ask. Also, after a sandstorm, we asked to have our balcony windows cleaned, and the staff took care of it remarkably fast! ​The Staff: The personnel deserves a 12 out of 10. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly polite, smiling, and greeted us—even when we were already walking to our transfer car and a staff member stepped out just to say hello, when she could easily have walked past. Truly top-notch service! ​The Room: The furniture is definitely tired and could use an update. We also had minor issues with a leaking shower and a toilet flush that kept getting stuck. ​Despite the room wear and tear, the incredible staff and peaceful atmosphere made our stay wonderful. Recommended for the service and ocean views!

Lovely hotel and all staff were very friendly and helpful. If I had to criticise anything it would be that the food was not always hot but this really was not a problem. We had a great time.

Don Gregory was amazing. We went for our honeymoon for 4 nights as we fancied something where we could really shut off and enjoy a fully catered experience and were not let down in anyway. The location is phenomenal, overlooking a beautiful beach with a private part for guests with loungers. The restaurant has ample seating which overlooks this beach as well and served 3 huge buffets with food from all corners of the world, a great selection. Our room and the hotel in general is spotless. The cleaning staff are almost always doing something and say good morning every time you pass. Our room opened up onto a small veranda complete with loungers and chairs facing the infinity pool and beach. Value-wise it was a terrific deal, with what you get you are spending the same as other holidays but with food and drinks included you save a lot of money! The venue can be busy at times and so a little noise is there but it's normally something you are able to join in with like aqua-aerobics or a DJ and isn't intrusive. In the morning you can only hear waves and parakeets. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful and even prepared the room for us as honeymooners after I requested via email. If you're looking for a place to truly not worry about a thing and spend some quality time drinking the best Strawberry Daiquiris then we highly recommend. Just opposite is a large market full of other places to eat should you fancy a change and they are great too. But honestly you could spend your whole time in the hotel and never need to. We had a great time and will be back.
